I am a business owner and employer local to you, I noticed an incident during our first and only visit to this place on Tuesday 30th July around 7 pm that I would really like to let the owners know about, while we were waiting for my wife's drink to get ready, another customer came in and asked for something "didn't hear what" and the young lady (Asian, dark hair) working there directed them to somewhere else saying that "we can do it but they do it better than we do, I would buy it from there" and the customer left, my self and my wife were both shocked at the employees respond to a customer, my wife couldn't keep quite and said to the employee that "your employer trusted you to be loyal to them and it's not fair to your employer if you direct customers away", while the employee did not expect to hear that from my wife, responded "oh it's ok trust me I've worked for them for four years now and they are not good people at all" and since she did not seem convinced that her action was wrong I decided to leave this review hoping that the employer reads it and get to know her employees better.

Read moreWhat a pathetic service: went to buy a bubble tea at 4 pm today. There were 4 people on the queue and all of us waited there nearly 27 minutes. I paid £4 for parking for a tea. After waiting in the queue for half an hour , i asked the lady in the shop that why they are not taking any order. She said we are only taking online order. She saw there are people waiting in the queue and didn’t bother to come out and informed us about her choice of not taking instore order. I said i am waiting 30 min and paid parking. Her only answer was ‘’ awooo i am sorry “. She thought only sorry can refund my time and the parking cost. She then served only one customer from the queue and let rest of the 3 customers go without tea. Her attitude was like- its my shop and i will serve whoever i want to serve. I was so disgusted for her way to deal with the situation. She may think she is doing monopoly business in Bristol city centre . I wish no one go there for their product again. Read moreI had to wait over 25 minutes to get my drink - eventually, I got a refund and left because I couldn’t wait any more! The employees seemed very hardworking; however, the management was extremely poor. They need to find a way to inform customers about the long queues and possibly pause Deliveroo orders. Both delivery drivers and customers were visibly upset. It was a very unpleasant experience and definitely a mood killer on a sunny Saturday. I truly feel sorry for the employees who have to go through that, and I place the blame solely on the management and the company for failing to take precautions or care for their staff and customers. Based on the reviews, this isn’t the first time it’s happened. And on top of that, the drinks are overpriced like everywhere else - the least they could do is serve...
