if i could leave 0 stars i would. first of all it was impossible to get any breathing room in there due to the large capacity of people in there pushing and shoving even with the bouncers in there watching over everyone (you might as well not have bouncers if they won’t do anything). we left to get some breathing room outside as there weren’t any signs for a smoking area or anything of the sort, and once outside we were asked by the bouncers to move aside out the way and that we could get back inside the club afterwards to which we complied. when we’d all got some fresh air and cooled down, we tried to re-enter (like the bouncers said we could) only for them to try and charge us a second time for entry even though we’d already paid. they went on to tell us we were “chatting shit” after reminding them they said we could re-enter, which led to them upping the entry price from the original £5 to £7 then to £12. we refused to pay this amount, as i’m sure anyone would, which then left us soaking wet in the rain and freezing cold outside the club. i suggest you either fix the club environment so that’s it’s actually tolerable, or sort out your staff members...

I saw someone standing on my seat at the time that I was dancing, I went to ask her if she could clean my seat after as she used my table to record a social media video and she told me in a very bad manner that she can stand and I can’t say not too as it’s the local right, then I told her, Id like to talk to the manager and she said;I’m the manager, I told her to do what she think she should, and her answer was leaving in from of my eyes….

she won’t clean the seat as came from the office and her feet are “clean” which I think isn’t the right answer , she walked through all the crown people as it’s too busy and there’s drink on the floor everywhere. Also, i hear that she’s inviting a drink to people who put a good review so I’m a bit confused about this “punctuation on google…”

Such as same as I used to be regular but I won’t came anymore because of the manager aptitude and her rude answer … she should be way more polite and comprehensive!!!!

Please think you’re working but people are having fun and you should listen to us a bit more… I’m freaking out with her...

I’d leave a zero star review if I could. The DJ sounded like he was having a stroke on the decks (no offence to people who have suffered a stroke), he couldn’t mix and ended up messing up the transition and BPM of nearly every single song. I can’t comprehend how someone can ruin music that you could fade transition to very easily. The “DJs” (being generous) need to stop trying to “scratch” ABBA songs and focus on the basics of putting one song on after another without making it sound like a car crash. Just put on a Spotify playlist next time, it would probably sound better. Nice...
