Be At One - Bristol — Restaurant in Bristol

We visited Be At One for the first time a few weeks' ago and wow - what an amazing bar!

We were greeted on arrival by the bartender, Adam, who was so welcoming. He really made as feel at home in the quaint bar as we left the hustle and bustle of the city at the door.

At the bar, Adam was quick to give us menus and take our order. You could tell he knew a lot about his cocktails. I told him what style and flavours of drink I like and he made recommendations accordingly and they were the best cocktails I have ever had!

The atmosphere was electric and it was such a fun environment. Even when it got busier, I still felt like he would check on us regularly and kept the drinks flowing.

My girlfriend and I went here on a Wednesday night as we'd heard great things from friends and read great reviews. After ordering the first two drinks we were told they didn't have the ingredients for them, which then happened again with the next 2 drinks as well, leaving us with a choice excluding all of the 'top rated' - of which the 'trainee' barmaid hadn't even made before.

We left because we didn't feel this was acceptable. They said they had a delivery coming the next day and I'm sure on a more busy night we've heard they have an excellent standard of drinks and service, just don't pick...

My beloved girlfriend and I visitted this bar after unpacking our stuff at a new flat. We celebrated over a drink or four and what a call this was (ill take the credit) Jeremy served us and was honestly a lovely and down to earth person. He held conversation with us as if we were old school friends reuniting. Conversations. However, were short and sweet as Jeremy made every drink with the speed of a cheetah and the precision of a neurosurgeon; the man moves around the bar like he has four arms! So pleased we decided to visit and will definitely be back soon. See you soon Jeremy...
