George's Restaurant — Restaurant in Bristol

I have been visiting the place for years on & off. First went there as a child when able to eat out by myself. Hardly changed in years apart from the new Continental façade. It can be awkward if you need mobility aids other than sticks or have a pram or pushchair as only really room for 2 at once. Let's say they serve the biggest cups of Diet Coca-Cola I have come across. I have had on occasion their Steaks which are excellent. Mostly I love their Special Hamburgers & American Omelettes. The food has been consistently excellent over the years & still a family business. I can recommend the proper coffee they serve too & it is nicely decorated with vintage photos of the local area on the wall. A good pointer to the standard of the place is that it is always spotless. Fancy a lovingly cooked all-day-breakfast or a sandwich? This is the spot! There's no need to reinvent the wheel and this place is not trying to do so: great food at affordable prices.

Even walked past and thought why this place is so busy? This means you never been inside.

As I said: there's no need to call things different names: simple, fresh, wholeheartedly cooked meals are there to be served to order.

Me and my partner went to George’s to have a breakfast. I got the vegetarian breakfast with orange juice and my partner got the bumper breakfast with a latte and coke. The orange juice was freshly squeezed with a machine, it was so delicious! The breakfasts were huge, such a good price for the amount you get! We were so full!
