Giving 1 star because I can't give 0!!!! What a traumatic experience!! Being a keralite it is really shame to have this type of experience from a Kerala cuisine restaurant. I ordered one plate of chilly chicken and chicken 65, the quantity was very less it was not even sufficient for my 2 year old nephew. The chicken biriyani was also not that great, quantity was very less. It's not a Kerala cuisine. Not at all worth for the money. Will never visit again. Staff was friendly.
A few corrections to your reply We were in total 4 people including a two year child. The food you offered was really pathetic it's not Kerala food. It's not the first time I'm having Kerala food in UK. I can share you details of Kerala restaurants which serves good and tasty authentic Kerala food. I ordered fresh lime juice I told clearly that I want it sweet and not to put salt, what I got was something similar to ORS solution. The portion size for the price is very less. No where starters which costs 8 pounds is meant for one person even if it's then it was not sufficient for 2 year old kid. Yes I won't be stingy if it was good food. Please remove the tag line Kerala cuisine for God sake!! When I went to the washroom I heard some Telugu or kannada song from kitchen which clearly means the chef is not a malayali. How can you run a Kerala cuisine restaurant without a malayali chef. Its not only me who is not satisfied please check other...
Read moreThe worst decision that I made today was to go there for having sadhya which spoiled my Onam. The sadhya was just below average. Even though the owner told like we serve dishes that are cooked on that exact time as per the customer’s order, I don’t know why each and every item that I got today was cold and none was at least heated up. The dish that I liked was just the semiya payasam since I don’t like if the payasam is too sweet. The payasam was ok though it was not the best one. The fish fry was also ok, but could add some more salt.I could bear all these things. But once I got the bill I went blank. It was a total of £99.80. Which was not at all fair. I had to spend my single day’s payment on something that doesn’t even deserve it. The mistake that I did today was that even though I read all the negative reviews I chose Krishna’s Inn for having the sadhya. Not at all satisfied! If you are running a business, try to do it in a fair way. Please don’t give any silly explanations like the way you have given to some of your other customers who have given you negative reviews. You people are Utter flop! Disastrous! I will never ever come again there and We are not gonna allow any of our friends to come there not...
Read moreI used to have food from this place few years back when I used to work at Clifton. I thought of getting an order via uber eats today and spend almost £20. I am shocked with the taste of the food and I would recommend “do not waste your money” here. I am not sure if the cook or management has changed but what I tasted today is definitely not the food I used to have few years back. I ordered Medu vada which was too oily and I am sure they are the frozen vada that you get in Asian supermarket. They just fried it in deep oil rather than making it from scratch. We spend money ordering because we want to eat real vada not the frozen one. We can ourselves get those frozen ones and make at home. Then I ordered the chicken biryani which was sweet and had so so much of black pepper. Good Lord no way it taste like biryani. The only thing that was eatable was the raita(the yoghurt sauce ) that was given with the biryani. This is a serious feedback and I wish the management looks at it and takes it seriously. I feel sad that a place like this is serving so bad quality food now. I have left a feedback on uber eats too. I am completely feeling sick now after having the chicken...
