McDonald's — Restaurant in Bristol

(Update 4*) Used drive through quick service the intercom system needs to be louder as I could hardly hear what the person the other end was saying. Other than that it was good service.

(Update 3*) Wasn't impressed with staff I ordered in person in the restaurant the person serving printed my receipt and tryd handing it to me as he was walking off so I had to make the effort to reach after it. The other staff seems like they couldn't be bothered one dropped a happy meal box with its contents in it and picked it up and still searved it my mcflurry had all of about a inch of ice-cream in the bottom and I checked this with a restaurant a while ago asking about the Lines on the side of the cup I was informed that 0.5 line is wear it stops so they can add ice I always request no ice wich is wear they then fill to the second line wich sometimes I get it filled to the correct level like tonight they didn't I actually didn't enjoy my visit at all and feel there is no consistency between visits wich as a customer I would expect the same standard and quality each time I visit hopefully next time will be a better experience as it's actually a great location and have used this restaurant many times.

(Original 4*) We arrived and was going to walk in to order after parking the car we got to the door and see a note on the door saying the restaurant is closed and drive through is open I'd rather they close the drive threw and keep the restaurant open especially for people who ain't in a car. If they going to close the restaurant then it would be great to have a proper Sign to say it's closed so people can just stay in the car and go around the drive threw. Other than that the food was quick and enjoyable I enjoyed my visit apart from the restaurant...

A fair sized restaurant with a drive-through window which gets busy during breakfasts in the morning and after about 8pm. My main criticism about this branch of McDonald's was that the staff took a very long time to get orders out to people but yesterday there were more members of staff working and my meal was ready in good time. Also, the staff there seem to know more about the range and options available to customers compared with a few months ago. All staff members have always been extremely polite to me. There is a large free car park surrounding the restaurant which is very useful and generally accessible. I only gave 4 out of 5 stars because in the past service was very slow and staff got my orders wrong. Today I'm more inclined to rate them as 5 out of 5. The place is kept clean inside and out. There are some tables where people can eat immediately outside the entrance. This branch is open 24 hours, which is difficult to sustain when low on staff or very busy. I like this place because workers, families and individuals of all age groups can eat here with no hassle. An improving branch of McDonald's offering all the regular meals and drinks this...

Shocking really. Sat at a clean table having worn our masks until we got there. There were very few customers wearing masks that were in the queue and the staff did nothing about it. I would refuse to serve them and ask them to leave. So, rather than risk being stood with all the ignoramuses we decided to do the table order, it was only a drink. Soon after a young lady brought our drinks, she was wearing a mask. Then we noticed another member of staff clearing tables. All of the signs state to leave your waste items on the table so they know to clean and spray it down. He was just using the tray to sweep the food waste onto the floor. We asked to speak to the manager to complain, and to his defence he did speak to the individual but proceeded to clean the tables himself, not the sign of a good manager. Still, what should we expect from a cheap fast food...
