Hesitant to write this review because Iād like to keep it as Bristolās best kept secret. But itās only fair to say that the atmosphere is unmatched, itās parallel to the feeling of a rooftop bar (the terrace is 4 foot of the ground, and if you know Bristol, this is unremarkable), but best of all, the staff are next to none. Not only are you welcomed with the best vibes upon entering, you are greeted with such kindness and warmth. My best friend and I have lived here for 5 years and we thought of no better place than here to host our leaving drinks and to no surprise, the lovely family who run it have been the most accommodating, human, and the most enthusiastic response to our 40+ booking that we couldnāt recommend it. enough. A special shout out to Kavya and Sri and co, thereās a reason weāre choosing here for our final send off. On top of this on my table alone there were 4 mistakes with drinks (overcharged, wrong drink, given non alcoholic when asked for alcoholic & sour lager). We complained and they said āthere should be enough thereā and walked off. Honestly a huge waste of money and ruined...

Safe to say I didnt make it to the terrace nor felt comfortable to have a drink there.
We took a deep breath and left.
I wanted to complain to the manager but in all honesty I didnt know who said it to me as I didnt see there face so I was very scared to say anything in case it was to...
