An outstanding tapas menu. The choice and quality are excellent. We opted for 5 small plates between 2 people, and the portion sizes are generous. The specials menu included tempura chicken thighs, and we also opted for Short beef ribs, buttermilk chicken, fish goujons, and homemade hummus with warm pitta breads. The quality of the food was excellent and well presented. The staff were attentive and very friendly. The prices were extremely fair. There is a car park only a 30-second walk away or also nearby street parking. We look forward to returning and would like to try the Sunday dinner.

Attractive interior. Friendly and helpful staff. Food is small plate tapas style. Some veggie options. But seems vastly expensive, to me, for what it is. Given that you'd need 2-4 portions per head to get what would amount to a meal, that meal is going to cost you! For example, I paid £6.95 for three tiny 'fish cakes' as I just wanted to see the quality of the food. Tasty but rather dry and vastly overpriced. May need to rethink the prices or the offering when the novelty wears off. A fair distance from rammy centre as well, but there is some parking.

we opted for small plates and boy we weren't disappointed. there was so much to choose from and what we ordered was absolutely 💯 amazing, we opted for garlic prawns, curried prawns with flatbread, meatballs, flat iron steak with black pudding bon bon, salt n pepper fries, sweet potato fries and the fish goujons with minted mushy peas. we will 100% go back there and can seriously recommend the holcombe tap. if you want mouth watering food with a great atmosphere and good selection of drinks then you will also have a great time here 💪💪👍👍

Got told about this place by a friend and thought it sounded good so we booked for the other Sunday and my wife and I went over and it was fantastic, great place, a proper hidden gem, live music ( and she was brilliant sorry don’t know who she was ) food amazing and staff absolutely fantastic. We had a few dishes from Ribs, Wings, Duck, Garlic Prawns, Spring Rolls and they were all cooked to perfection, places like this are hard to find outside of big cities like Manchester but whomever has bought this place and made it into this great eatery needs a pat on the back. I’m a big believer in a good place to eat needs to be visited again to make sure that we didn’t just get a lucky meal so we have just returned for an early tea and again the food was outstanding, the waitress was really nice, very chatty and very efficient In taking order and getting drinks but also looked after us all meal, the food was even BETTER than the first time we went so I can only say if you get chance then go, we have told loads of people about this place and cannot wait to return with friends, we’ll done Holcombe Tap and the staff you have a brilliant place to come and...

I have one big problem with this place…. 1st of all the food is AMAZING, genuinly one of the best places I’ve eaten at, The atmosphere is lovely, it was very hot outside but inside was lovely and cool, the bar staff was very welcoming, …. But at the end of the meal after me and my family was praising how wonderful this little place was, the lady came over with the bill and they put on a service charge of 10% she said “ we can take that off if you want” but it just put a bad taste in everyone’s mouth, we spent £150 in their, they really shouldn’t add money on like that, it’s up to the person to decide on giving a tip or not…. Half of my family doesn’t want to come back simply because of that, it makes people feel awful, people are struggling as it is, eating out is a big deal right now, it’s such a shame as everything...

First visit with a friend for a catch up. It was a Tuesday evening so limited restaurants open in Ramsbottom so I decided to try it here. I know a few people who have visited before and also checked reviews which were both great on Google and Facebook. Inside it's very much a traditional pub but nice and clean and a good amount of space. There is also parking to the side of it and street parking as well or on the road opposite. The service was great from the get go and the food, although small plates and a tad pricey were very good. We did stay a little past the time we were allowed for the table but they were very polite and fairly subtle about it. Overall we enjoyed our visit and would certainly...
