Upon arrival we received a warm welcome and guided through an animated Christmas area to the platform where our train was waiting. We were then welcomed aboard our festive Steam Train which was tastefully decorated. My friend and I was shown to our table (16) a nicely set table for four however we didn't have to share so very spacious. It was set with 2 glasses of sparkling wine, nice crockery, cutlery, glasses and crackers. The food was served on hot plates, well presented, cooked to perfection, plentifull, delicious and in a timely manner by amazing staff who worked as a team. All food was served by silver service fine dinning. It exceeded all expectations and compared to any top restaurant. All members of staff were helpfull, willing, professional and pleasant without being intrusive. I cannot recomend this experience enough it is fantastic. A truly memorable 3 hours.
