Curry Scene — Restaurant in Caernarfon

In a nutshell this restaurant cannot be flawed one bit. The food was tasty, hot, and portions were generous. The Keema Naan was the best I've had anywhere... Would highly recommend.

Staff are polite, attentive and not constantly hanging over you like I've found in other restaurants.

The tables are spaced nicely away from each other. As trivial as that may sound sometimes a busy restaurant ends up feeling more like a group party then a intimate dinner.

The restaurant itself was clean and tidy. There is a shop next door that sells alcohol which the staff are happy to let you bring whilst eating your food. I imagine that appeals to many people!

To summarise, brilliant food, lovely staff, comfortable experience and if I didn't live 5 hours away I'd definitely go again! Huge thank you to the staff and chefs 😊

I attempted to make reservation for one tonight. Was told no spot available. Inquired about reservation for one for tomorrow night. Was told there was none available. Proceeded to inquire about a reservation for one the next night. Was told there was none available. Proceeded to inquire about a reservation the following night. Was told I could book then (a Sunday). Phoned back 2 hours later and inquired about a reservation for four for tomorrow night. Reservation made. Employees ought not to lie to their customers. I proceeded to take myself to the curry house nearest the castle and had a tremendously tasty Vindaloo with a nice cold Cobra. Just say you don't make reservations for a party of one Tuesday thru Saturday instead of lying to your customers. Additionally, they only take cash??? HMRC might like to look at...

We had high expectations based on the positive reviews, but everything about our experience was a letdown.
