Having been reached out to by the team after my poor experience, we were invited back to give these guys another try on the house. Me and my partner visited last night and I can honestly say it was like a different place. Different staff were working along with the manager and all were extremely helpful and polite. Service all evening was brilliant and food yet again was good. Staff constantly checked in to make sure all was ok and ask if we needed anything else, drinks came quickly and meats were brought to the table often. If there ever was a wait for something, we were told there was a wait and was given a reason why, we weren't just left in the dark like last time. It's worth noting that this was a Thursday evening service whereas last time it was a Saturday evening. It was still busy however but service was levels above the last visit and the atmosphere amongst the staff and the visitors was much better. Thank you for dealing with this situation in the most professional way I can think of, this recent visit will definitely see me returning again in the future. Thanks again.

First time here last night with friends and can honestly say it was one of the worst services I've ever received. 3 poor waitresses with no manager in sight, massively understaffed for the size of the place and they could not cope what do ever. Waited 20 minutes after being seated for our drinks order to be taken, not the end of the world, 2 soft drinks and a jug of water. 10 minutes later the drinks arrived, no water. We asked multiple times for it but it never came. 45 minutes later a waitress asked if we would like anymore drinks, again asked for the same order and told we still hadn't received the water. 15 minutes later, 3 glasses of water came, a full hour for tap water, by this point we had finished eating. We waited 35 minutes for a pot of peppercorn sauce which was sat at the kitchen area for 15 minutes, before I went and got it myself after again asking multiple times for it. We then also waited another 60 minutes to pay our bill. From asking for it to finally paying, 60 minutes. The whole service was an absolute shambles, the 2nd drink order also never arrived.

The meat itself was nice, however a lot of it was rare which was fine for me but not so good for my friends as it was too rare for them. The more cooked pieces were well done and dry, like there wasn't much in between. I feel we were only really served around 6/7 different meats too, not the amount listed on the website. Chips and garlic bread that came included were nice and the salad bar had a decent selection of items.

All in all, food was good, nothing special but the service was the main reason for this review....

From the moment we walked into Los Pampas Brazilian Steakhouse, we were greeted with warmth and a welcoming atmosphere—but what truly made our evening unforgettable was the exceptional service we received from Julia. Words almost fall short in describing just how sweet, funny, kind, and genuinely amazing she was throughout our entire dining experience. She’s the kind of person who lights up a room and makes you feel like you're not just a customer, but a truly valued guest.

Julia’s energy was infectious in the best way. She was attentive without being overbearing, friendly without being forced, and helpful in every possible sense. You could tell she was not only great at her job but that she loves what she does—and that kind of positivity is rare and so refreshing to experience. Her kindness and humour made us laugh and feel completely at ease. Honestly, it felt more like being served by a good friend than a member of staff we had just met.

Every recommendation she gave—from the cuts of meat to the sides and even down to the drinks—was spot on. She anticipated our needs before we even voiced them, topping up drinks, checking in at just the right times, and always doing so with a genuine smile and warm tone. There’s something very special about the way Julia connects with people—she makes you feel seen, listened to, and taken care of in a way that goes well beyond customer service. She embodies hospitality.

We actually joked at the table that we’d return just to see her again—and we weren’t kidding. As much as we loved the food (which was absolutely delicious), it was Julia who made the evening memorable. She created an experience, not just a meal, and that's something no amount of decor or menu design can replicate. You could have the best steak in the world, but without someone like Julia there, it wouldn't be nearly as enjoyable.

She is truly a gem and an absolute asset to Los Pampas. In today’s world, where genuine service and real connection can sometimes be hard to come by, Julia stands out as a shining example of what outstanding customer service looks like. If we could rate her separately, she’d get 10 stars.

just had our valentines meal here and it was our first time visiting.

When we arrived we were seated into comfy booths and we ordered drinks. We were given a wooden pepper pot looking thing with red and green on and this is so that when it is on green the staff bring meat constantly to your table and when you want a break you can turn it to red. We came on a sunday where the price was £28.99 each which we initially did think was pricey, however we had heard good things about the place and my boyfriend absolutely loves steak. Included in the price also are appetisers- chips and cheesy garlic bread which we had two portions of each. The garlic bread (OMG!) the best i’ve ever tasted in my life! The meat then started to arrive where we had belly pork in a honey glaze, fillet steak, sirloin, sausage, chicken in bacon, boneless chicken thigh, gammon, etc. Every single bit of it was INCREDIBLE. And i mean incredible. The meat was so so tasty, we were so impressed. They’ve got such a good concept here and it works so well. We can’t wait to return. The price of £28.99 each was WELL worth it and we left feeling so incredibly full but so happy inside lol.

i was a bit worried about coming as i am pregnant but we told the lady when we got there and she told the chefs, etc who brought me all well done meat which i was so grateful for and it made my experience so much easier. Staff were lovely, such an amazing experience and can’t wait to...
