When we arrived at Pizza Hut, there was limited parking available. Once in the restaurant, we were told there would be a 20-minute wait. When we got a table, the service was abrupt and parrot fashion. We noticed there were a number of tables that needed clearing of dirty plates, etc. around us. We had been told to order our food selection by scanning the QR code and cash not accepted, payment by card only .... self-service pizza Hut! Luckily, we had a tech savvy 14-year-old with us to order our food and make payment. Two of us ordered the lunchtime buffet, and one ordered a pizza from the menu. 3 empty glasses were brought to our table, and we were pointed in the direction of the self-service cold drinks dispenser. The single pizza arrived, and the two of us who had ordered the buffet sat waiting patiently for salad bowls or further instruction. Eventually, we managed to get the attention of one of the limited waitress staff who told us to help ourselves to bowls and salad. Some of the salad compartments were empty and required refilling. Time for the pizza buffet, and what a disappointment. The kitchen couldn't keep up with demand. After queueing twice for 2 slices of pizza that looked worse for wear, we gave up. Bring back staff instead of tech Pizza Hut. Customer service zero, lunchtime buffet food quantity and quality zero, atmosphere zero,...
Read moreVery overpriced for what it is.
I’ve never bothered with Pizza Hutt before as I’ve always thought it was quite a lot to pay for pizza, but my little sister wanted to go for her birthday so I thought that maybe it’s really good pizza and decided to give it a try.
I got the meat feast and I decided do treat myself to the cheesy garlic bites as I thought they sounded really good, this cost me £35: I have never paid this much for a pizza before.
The pizza came and I was very underwhelmed. Hardly any cheese, the meat was dry, and the cheesy garlic bites had hardly any cheese and I could barely taste the garlic: it just tasted like bread with a tiny bit of cheese. I also want to point out that my throat hurts a little due to how dry one of the cheese bites was.
I don’t mind paying extra money if it’s worth it, I order domino’s quite often and this is expensive, but good quality, and I don’t want to be too harsh, but my local takeaway does a really nice meat feast full of cheese, nice meat and a cheesy stuffed crust for around £10-£15. Will not return as the cost is not worth it.
Service was okay, my sisters pizza was wrong so they had to remake it, but the time hers arrived I had finished, her desert was also delivered to the wrong table, but that’s an honest mistake and staff...
Read moreQuite quickly seated within 5 mins of entering, Arrived at our seats and across from us there was a leaking roof in the middle of the restaurant with a bucket catching the drips. The girl that showed us to our seats asked if we could order on the app or would we like her to do it for us, that was the last anybody had spoke to us until asking if we had finished at the end. Went to fill our drinks up as its self service, one of the seats we had to walk past was a right mess, literally food all over the floor, that was like that from walking in until we left 90 mins later. The salad bar was near enough empty might as well not bothered with that, and again more food on the floor than in the food compartments. The pizza was luke warm when it arrived and the starter was hot, both was really nice just the pizza could of been hotter, dessert took 30 mins to arrive after we had finished, which seemed a long time when the restaurant wasn't even busy, If this would of been our first time we wouldn't bother going back it's only that we know other pizza huts are much cleaner and better service! Can do better...
