Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Cannock Chase

I visited on the 29th and this place has really gone downhill, the place used to be lovely with lovely staff. The lad serving looked absolutely miserable, no proper greeting or anything, then he proceeded to give me a gingerbread latte instead of a caramel one and he burnt the milk so it tasted foul. It was that hot that it took 10 minutes to cool enough to drink and by the time I’d tasted the gingerbread I had to attend an appointment so couldn’t come back, not that I think he’d take too kindly too it. The Frappe I ordered my sister didn’t taste like it normally does too, and he made the drinks in the weirdest and most inefficient way. I’d had my drink for 5 minutes by the time the frappe was done and there was nobody...

Had one of the new Christmas hot chocolates to start of with it had no cream on it but we were still charged the full price then I found a fly in my drink I took it back to the counter and the guy behind the counter was basically calling me a lier and said there was no fly in there when you could clearly see that there was he did make me a fresh cup in the end but his attitude was appalling it was a full drink it's not like it drank most of it and was trying to get a new one when he did bring my drink he just slammed it down in front of me no sorry or anything we spend a lot of money in there and we are regulars seriously thinking about...

Today I visited the Cannock Town Costa, mainly because the independents had all closed. I was fast losing faith in Costa but today I jad it restored again by a Barista that put some effort in to the presentation and milk quality of my Coffee. Further I was pleased to see them helping and elderly couple out by taking their order to their seats which I had offered to do for the elderly gentlemen. Well done team in both coffee and caring for the elderly members of staff. More people need to follow suit, we all need to look after each...
