This is the worst restaurant I have ever been. The food wasn’t cooked properly and added too much sour or sweet sauce which you can buy easily from supermarkets. Not a good Chinese restaurant I would recommend. The service man or the owner of the restaurant (?) had a very bad attitude towards customer’s questions. He claimed people who he doesn’t like shouldn’t go to his restaurant for a meal. The photo shows two receipts I received from the restaurant for our meal, when I asked at the till why I had been charged more than the the receipt displayed, the service man ( who said an owner of the restaurant) explained it was decided by his system. I asked him to show me how the calculation was done, he then gave me a second receipt with a card service which he repeated to tell a “service charge” in the restaurant. I finished my question and decided to leave, the man who issued the second receipt wasn’t happy and followed me repeating his talk about the service charge, and he over charged me but did not charge me for a take away box. That is very annoying and irritating. I just wanted to know how much to pay for our meal and a receipt with the correct money I had paid! Yes the service man wasn’t honest...

All of our dishes were extremely salty and oily, and the service was extremely terrible. We had two toddlers with us, yet the staff made us feel completely unwelcome. This place is not family- or child-friendly at all — no high chairs, no children’s cutlery, nothing to make dining with kids easier.
On top of that, the way the staff behaved was shocking. Dishes were placed on the table aggressively, with an attitude that made it feel like we were being a burden rather than paying customers. It was as if we were begging for their food.
As a mum with a toddler, I understand that some food might drop on the floor — that’s normal. But before we left, I was stunned when a staff member actually asked me to wipe the floor myself. When I asked again to be sure, he repeated it. This is absolutely unfair and ridiculous; cleaning the floor is clearly the restaurant’s responsibility, not the customer’s.
To make matters worse, after coming home, my son even had an episode of vomiting.
This experience was unacceptable from start to finish. I will never return and will never recommend this...
Read moreWe visited with our toddler, and unfortunately, during the meal, one plate accidentally ended up under the table. Accidents happen, especially with young children, and we fully expected the staff to handle the cleanup – that's standard practice in any restaurant.
However, the manager approached us as we were preparing to leave and demanded that we clean the floor ourselves before we could go. This was shocking and completely unprofessional.
We have dined out countless times with our child, and never, ever, has a restaurant manager demanded that customers clean up a spill or broken dish. It is the restaurant's responsibility to maintain a clean and safe environment. Staff are trained and equipped for this; customers are not. This demand was unreasonable, confrontational, and showed a stunning lack of basic hospitality, customer service, and common sense.
We understand accidents cause extra work, but the manager's response was utterly inappropriate. Instead of reassurance or a simple "we'll take care of it," we were treated with hostility. This experience ensured we will never return and we strongly caution...
