What a cosy and eloquent cafe! I heard that Casa Cafe has been around for 20 years and when I was staying in Loughborough from 2013-2014 (I studied at the university), I had not been here once. I was up for the day (first Saturday in June), and I wanted to sit in a cafe just to have a drink. This was a great find with a short queue initially. I decided to sit in, as it was quiet inside and the experience of dining in has been a rarity this year. I ordered a small pot of tea and a pack of Pfeffernusse (German iced gingerbread cookies) which came to £2.90. I thought of buying an iced coffee, however the tea seemed a better option and you can get 2 cups out of it, plus the Pfeffernusse are great for dunking :) The staff were very friendly and there was a clear entry and exit, under the new COVID guidelines. It would be great to come here again when I next visit, hopefully next month!

My recent visit to Casa Cafe was my second time, prompted by an excellent first experience with their coffee. However, this time, our single expressos weren't as good. Despite this, Casa Cafe remains a very nice place with a good atmosphere and lovely outdoor seating to enjoy the sun. The decor is beautiful, and the service is top class, making it a brilliant spot overall. I hope they can maintain the high quality of their coffee more consistently.

We went strolling around Loughborough looking for a coffee shop & called in on Casa Cafe, the decor is in a rustic style, simple but effective. There was ample coffee styles on offer, the coffee was good and there was a number of snacks on offer too. The only slight hiccup for me was that it was a cash only establishment, which I find unacceptable these days but luckily my friend had cash, otherwise it would have been embarrassing for me!

Went here as toby carvery wait time was ridiculous and was hungry so went here instead for breakfast as everywhere else was booked up, Breakfast was way over priced for what it was ,almost the same price as goodliffes in town and there way up market . sausages were not a good quality they were cheap processed ones , my daughter got her eggs undercooked so couldn’t eat them , my mother got perfect ones and I got over cooked hard yolk lol the mushroom and tomato was hard not cooked a little so didn’t eat that . not the best chef ever if he/she can’t cook a basic decent breakfast. it was okay if your starving and need a quick fix and have a small appetite but won’t be going back again it was by far the worst breakfast I’ve had. The staff were polite . the atmosphere was loud for first thing in the morning which made us want to leave even quicker , the space was very cramped also. Overall if you’re on a budget , don’t care about food and don’t mind noise first thing in the morning then it’s great lol. Will not be...

Half the price and better quality coffee and other beverages than Costa Coffee or Cafe Nero both of whom do not pay their fair share of taxation in this country on vast earnings - casa cafe is an Italian family run business great drinks - food and always great service as they go out of their way to make sure everything is spot on - I've introduced friends to Casa Cafe and they no longer use the so called superior Costa Coffee - Cafe Nero or other large chains in Loughborough - there are also 4 tables with chairs outside if you fancy a ciggie with your drink or just want to sit outside - I highly recommend them and have been a customer myself for 12 years the food is also excellent and competitively priced - try them and find out for yourselves - I personally love their large Americano and at £2.50 great value fresh...
