Overall great value for money, but certainly nothing fancy.
I ordered a meal deal which included a mega burger (2 fried chicken breasts, lettuce, mayo and cheese) with fries and a drink, which cost just £7.99 in total. I also got a side of onion rings for an extra £2.20
I would have rated 4 stars, but as my order came without the drink, I rated 3. Besides that, all the food was alright.
The fries were thin cut and a good portion. Although they had a bit of a crisp to them, they had a slightly unpleasant flavour, so would recommend ketchup. Still good for the price.
The chicken burger had a nice taste to it, and was pretty juicy for fried chicken breast. The chicken pieces were a good thickness, but the bun was a bit big for the overall burger. The burger was probably the highest quality part of the order, would recommend for a cheap dinner.
The onion rings were nice enough, but were clearly bought in as pre frozen battered ones. Not bad by any means, and a decent portion for £2.20
Would recommend for a quick and cheap family meal, or for anyone wanting a good enough filling meal for not a...
Read moreMe and partner ordered a takeaway from Dominics today via Uber Eats. We ordered cheesy garlic bread (which was missing) I ordered a chicken fillet burger and cheesy chips, my chicken burger was tiny and threw together, the chips/fries were so undercooked, they were floppy and soggy I couldn’t eat them, My partners cheesy chips were the same, we ordered mozzarella dippers to share and again completely under cooked. Last but not least my partner ordered a donor burger and it was like the bun had been toasted the day before and left out over night, the bun was hard. We also ordered chocolate fudge cake and ordered Hagen daz ice cream and because there was no description or option to pick the flavour we assumed it must be vanilla and we paid £5 just for the icecream and it’s came and it’s strawberry cheesecake flavour, you need to sort your menu out on Uber eats. It’s a real shame because the first time we ordered from here we thought it was really nice and we have since ordered twice more and both times have been dreadful so we will not be returning because you cannot...
Read moreTo begin, Domonics pizza is a poor excuse of a company. We ordered a meal deal online using their website, and within 5 minutes we got a call to confirm. We confirmed our order and all was fine. Within about 40 minutes Dominic called and said the food was ready for collection, despite having ordered for home delivery.
Dominic then informed us that our order price will be upped to £20 from 15 despite it saying online that it would be £15 full delivery. When the pizza arrived we enquired about the change in price and the driver showed us a receipt on which Dominic had scribbled out the original price and 'home delivery' and had written on £20. The pizza itself was not matched to the order, leaving my vegetarian friend hungry for the evening.
Additionally the drink was wrong, we were missing garlic bread and the food was cold.
To conclude do not order Dominics as you will be unimpressed even if you are...
