Who would’ve thought Chelmsford would have a Vietnamese shop that serves bánh mì? I was so happy when I found it. It was my first time trying bánh mì, and the one from QTea met all my expectations. It was fresh and full of flavour, and the chilli gave it a proper kick. The textures were just right: a soft roll, fresh vegetables, and tasty meat.
The summer roll with peanut sauce was also lovely. I’m still thinking about that bánh mì. I’d like to try it with the meat served cold next time.
I highly recommend it. Pho is next on my list. I’m not usually generous with Google ratings, but this one deserves a solid four stars.
