I drove all the way from Braintree today to get the pizza. They charged me 24 pounds for pizza, chips with cheese and chicken wings. I was informed last time that chips and pizza are in offer. Anyways we had ordered vegetable hot and spicy pizza. They gave me a pizza with 5 onion and Bell peppers only. Kindly do not trust them. I called the shop and there was a young lady there and she just shouted on me. I told her that I understand that the shop was busy but I was still talking politely and she completely lost it and became hysterical and shouted like mad. I am very surprised as this is the first time in UK I had faced such a threatening customer service. Kindly do not waste your money going to this shop. Ordered at lunchtime, waited for over an hour decided to call the shop and ask when it was to be delivered and was only 2 pizzas and 4 dips so not a huge task which would take ages. They said the driver was leaving soon and would be with us in 20 minutes, bearing in mybd mind we had to pay an extra £3 delivery charge, was hung up on so called back to say it was a waste of time and wasn't prepared to pay the extra. The guy said he's already sent the driver and not to "order from my f*ing shop again!" We ordered a garlic pizza bread and a 15" pizza, neither arrived. Instead we were delivered a 20" pizza which we didn't notice until after the delivery driver had left, despite him telling us it was the correct order. So we phoned them straight away and they said they could send out a replacement. 30 minutes pass and no replacement. So we phone again and they are refusing to do anything about it. They wont send us OUR food which WE paid for. Money grabbers. That's all they are. TAKING OUR WELL EARNED MONEY. I THINK TRADING STANDARDS NEED TO MAKE A VISIT TO THIS PLACE.
