the two young employees working the shift this afternoon (Sunday, November 9) were incredibly kind. I was preparing a surprise birthday for my spouse, and I stopped by this cafe as one of the treasure hunt points. After ordering a green tea for myself, I asked if they would give the surprise I had prepared to my spouse. As part of the treasure hunt-style birthday surprise I created, my spouse came here as a stop to receive a new task. The employees supported my surprise and, in my absence, gave the gift to my spouse exactly as I requested. On top of that, they even offered a complimentary coffee and cake. YOU...

Awful experience at this coffee shop. Order a mocha frapp to sit in, the cup was only filled half way not sure why! So i asked it to be topped up and they made a new one. I returned to the counter to let them know that they hadn't put any coffee into the new drink it was just a chocolate milkshake... the server refused to believe me... after my partner asked for coffee they just added a shot of coffee onto of the cream and mixed it all together leaving the worst drink i have ever had! Nice cafe spoilt by the bald man (Manager?) who seems irritated by the fact that he has to get up from his laptop to serve and was also rude and condescending when asked a question about a drink. Talked down to. He knew exactly what I was asking but chose to treat me like I'm thick. Then when I made some light small talk he just blanked me and gave a dirty look; clearly irritated. Wow! Have I walked into Karen's Diner? Quite upset about this interaction actually.

Also it's 9am and the toilets...
