Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Cheltenham

It has be about 5 years since I left Costa as employee and I have not seen any smile behind the counter and not a great customer service until… today I have to do something near by and I fell like the old days they were absolutely stunning they were friendly and helpful with every customer that I seen them serving.

Every time I go I get greeted by a very lovely lady. She always ask after me and my young toddler. She's helpful and ever so smiley too. Don't know her name ... But she truly deserves an award for just being very sweet friendly and having amazing customer care.
