We had a lovely Saturday lunch and then Sunday breakfast experience here this weekend. I got the insalata caprino for lunch and it was FANTASTIC for the price of less than £10. Huge, nice big round of goat cheese with some cranberry jam, tons of greens and fresh tomatoes. I ate it all; a salad of this size would easily be £13-£15 in London. My husband had a burger and wasn’t as impressed but he is very picky. LOVE this place is dog-friendly. The Sicilian proprietor is friendly and very kind with Miguel, our dog. I had a slice of the pistachio cake for takeaway. It’s not the best I’ve had but decent enough. For Sunday we returned for breakfast. I had a cheese omelette with brown toast and my husband the “pancakes” with sausage and two sunny-side eggs. I was very happy the butter with the toast was soft and about the herbs sprinkled on the omelette. Unfortunately the cheese was bland. My husband liked his breakfast enough (although they are crepes and not American-style pancakes so be forewarned). He raved on the coffee though. So overall we were happy and would return in the area. Friendly staff, decent food. And dog-friendly! And excellent prices for the portions. Grazie Mille.

I ordered the basil tomato soup and it tasted distinctly like pizza sauce. It came with "warm bread." Really awful fat white sliced bread. One small foil wrapped butter pat. When I asked for another, he tossed another one onto my table. I ordered a decaf latte and got instant decaf latte. He was kind enough to provide the foil packet. The cafe is cute. The owner/server spend the entire time at the 2 tables in front of me trashing a common acquaintance and his "coarse" wife. Yuck on so many levels. Finally, I had just been somewhere earlier, and because I was talking, i misplaced my payment card. The owner/server noticed me searching my pockets and my pack. He loudly said (so the entire restaurant would hear him asking) if I had a problem. I assume he was thinking I was going to stiff and him he was not going to let any shenanigans go unnoticed. I found it. I paid him. And I happily went out into the rain.

We came here as we really wanted to try somewhere different and saw a lovely pic on their fb of eggs Benedict. What we got was a totally different experience. The bacon was COLD, and not crispy as described. The eggs were either undercooked or spoilt. Every time we popped our eggs open, they literally burst out with water. It was actually disgusting. We were hungry, so we ate. Both of us were extremely unwell very very quickly. I honestly would avoid.

Lovely out of the way gem!

I come back to this little cafe regularly as the staff are so very friendly. The food is absolutely delightful and not expensive. It is cosy, quick and lovely. The deserts here are dreamy as well. They do amazing specials and everything is made up fresh. It is great, and I love eating here.

Today I went with a few of my friends for lunch and one of them had been poorly recently. He forgot to ask not to have mayo on his panini so didn't eat it. They they came to take the plates they asked if everything was OK and we assured them it was great he just wasn't that hungry and didn't like mayo. They offered him other straight away but as he wasn't hungry. He had eaten his chips. They just straight up took it off the bill! It was really kind and completly unnecessary!

This is one of nicest, friendliest and all round good local businesses in cheltenham. Absolutely one to support! Pop in! Buy their cake and dessert to take home. Have a coffee not made is yet another chain coffee shop! You won't be...

My partner and I left deciding that this was our favourite place we've eaten in Cheltenham. I had a chicken and halloumi burger, which was divine and accompanied with chips, a homemade dip and a huge fresh salad. It was basically my dream lunch! My partner and or little girl had pasta dishes. They were both homemade classics, with good seasoning and charm. There was a beautiful atmosphere, mainly made up of locals and repeat customers, being hosted and treated wonderfully by the owner. We would have had dessert, but we were to full - we will have to come back again! The only slight thing my partner and I would change is that our waitress was slightly too attentive. For example, when my partner had finished his drink, he had not even swallowed before she asked to take his glass away. This happened with a few players of food and beverages. Despite this, the amazing food at a great price point and a lovely atmosphere is something we will...
