The Scandinavian Coffee Pod — Restaurant in Cheltenham

This is in my opinion the best coffee in Cheltenham. A warm, inviting atmosphere. I like the easy payment method they use which keeps there counter clutter free and minimalistic. They have used the small space they have well. They way they display their cakes looks great. They coffee is as great as when I lived in Australia. I feel for the amount of coffee you get for the cost is slightly steep, hence the 4 stars but understand that we are paying for quality not quantity. One thing that bugs me is that they close at 5pm which in my eyes is silly because they can't take advantage of all the office workers that finish at 5pm. A very cute and cosy coffee shop sandwiched in a quiet bit of Cheltenham, you'll be greeted with flat pack architecture with the resemblance of something from Grand Designs; the friendly baristas will make you feel welcome the moment you walk through the door!

The pod offers a very nice tasting coffee, and I've never felt more content in an environment like this and I've been to a few coffee shops in my time, I like the touch how there are 'Laptop Free Zones' but it really surprised me how these laptop free tables were also the only ones with available plug sockets if you so needed to charge your device.

I haven't quite managed to suss the Scandinavian connection as of yet, but it's a fantastic place for a quick stop or just to relax...
