Had two special bagels with tots and 2 cup of coffee, spend around £27.5. The bagel is too tough, after had one bagel my chew is hurting. Probably the bagel can be put in a toaster 10 seconds before serving? It’s cold and very tough. Flavour is fine, not impressive (there are few coffee shops in town had much delicious bagels). Coffee is too expensive and pricey. £3.5 for a regular latte, I expected come with a mug. But then realised it’s all take away serving packaging. So I got a very small take away cup, height is round 4 inches tall and skinny. Feels like it’s a small size not regular (there are only two size, small or regular). For the amount of coffee, I am only willing to pay no more than £2 instead of £3.5. And as the shop is cooking indoor, in a very small indoor space even no toilet and few standing seats. The cooking smoke is not properly dealt with. After having the bagel in store, sit around 10 mins, and my clothes smells very smoky, cooking smoky, after leaving the store. Plus, my phone doesn’t have a good signal in the store, couldn’t search anything and I saw there have Wi-Fi but needed password. So I asked girl works there but being told Wi-Fi is only for staff, customers can’t use it lol.

Let's get something straight. If you live in or near Cheltenham, and you haven't been here your life is about to get at least 25% better, or at least according to recent research conducted by me (further studies pending... Also by me). Seriously tasty bagels that are generously filled with top notch ingredients. I meant it, these things are stacked with the goods and your only regret coming here is that you didn't buy more. They also serve hash brown bites, which aren't really my thing, but do yourself a favour and get the tubby tots and thank me later. To be honest I haven't stopped thinking about them. The coffee is decent too so also worth grabbing, and the cakes look pretty life changing, but I can't comment as I didn't have one to make more room for more salt beef which I can confidently say will ruin meal deals for you forever. Enjoy, I'm jealous you get to experience this for the first time. Update: The addiction worsens... Steamhouse Sunday is now routine for me as I work my way through the menu, a process which I'm finding extremely enjoyable and rewarding.

Been visiting family in the mother town…. Saw The Steamhouse while heading to a nearby supermarket for some lunch and thought let’s try here instead…. We were so glad we did! Perfectly cooked Salt Beef with melted Swiss Cheese, Pickles and a mix of American mustard and ketchup….. and non vegan vegan roast with stuffing, bacon and cranberry sauce (for full vegan opt for vegan bacon) both were wrapped up in an extremely fresh Salt and Pepper (todays special flavour) bagel with a side of hash brown nuggets. The bagels were well filled and so full of flavour I had to keep putting mine down to ensure really savoured the flavour rather than ramming in my cake hole as fast as I could so it wasn’t stolen I really think these are good enough to be stolen off of someone else’s plate! Add to this cookies, doughnuts and other sweet treats to tempt who could not resist taking something home? Good luck for the future and we will certainly be back when visiting Naaam again.

Today I visited Steamhouse Cheltenham and ordered a single bagel at 10:02. There was no queue, three staff members and only two people ahead of me waiting for their orders to be made.

34 minutes later I received my bagel. In that 34 mins, only three other customers received their orders. In the meantime, the shop was so smoked out, that the people who ordered after me were also waiting outside the shop to avoid the smoke.

With only a handful of orders to make, in an extremely quiet period for the shop, the kitchen seemed overwhelmed.

Not once did the staff apologise for the delay. Even when I was handed my order (a single bagel) after 34 mins, I wasn’t even given a “sorry for the wait”. Not once was an update provided or the waiting individuals addressed to be informed why it was taking half an hour to make a single bagel.

A gentlemen arrived after me and waited at least 10 mins just to be acknowledged by the cashier.

The bagel wasn’t bad, but with that customer service I won’t be returning to...
