This place is the only cafe that I go to all of the time the worker in there are always nice and they always do there the absolute best day in and day out. Every time I go in they always say hello and ask how I have been, they are nice and down to earth people. That way I love it in they and when there is a mistake (In the eye of the hospitality enthusiast) they will sort it out; like today there was a tiny bit of lipstick which doesn’t bother me at all as lipstick is hard to get off and they said they sorry and sorted it out but it doesn’t bothered me as it is not affecting me. So anyone that think it okay to parade they and be rude at all to this worker or the cafe entirely they are doing the absolute best to provide they top service (which they do). So thank you for being in chi and being so friendly...

My partner and I called in on this coffee shop today, we had a pecan and maple swirl, it was the best pastry I can remember having. The coffee was great and the staff were lovely. Having enjoyed their product so much, we figured we’d buy a loaf of sourdough bread. I have just eaten a thick chunk with butter, which was simply delicious. Hoxtons Chichester is my go-to place to start the day. I come here every morning for breakfast and my first coffee — and it never disappoints.
