KOKORO Chichester — Restaurant in Chichester

For the Chichester store: A big thumb down for a price difference when looking to order through Deliveroo online and comparing the prices from their leaflets that you can get from the store, the price difference vary from £1-3. I have been explained that on Deliveroo they only do large portions but this does not explain why the large portion online is £10.55 (plus you have to pay for Deliveroo delivery 2.49!) and when you buy from store it's £7.95. Ordered the 'Chicken gyoza set' and 'Kokoro mix and match' with Spicy Pork mixed with 'Chicken Teriyaki' on noodles. I regret spending my money, the gyoza have been quite ok but the regular portion of noodles felt too salty and very disproportionate to the amount of meat. Spicy pork is definitely for someone who likes to feel their mouth burning, must say that I like spicy food but it's nice to feel other flavours of your meal. Not many vegetables with the meat I've had only one pepper and rest of my topping contained just meat and sauce. I don't think I will be coming...

On the 12th May, at 15:48 I have bought 3 (mix & match) chicken katsu & sweet chili with rice but sadly we did not get to enjoy our meals. We travelled from Portsmouth to Chichester (because we 'used' to love Kokoro) to get our self dinner for tonight but it was not cooked properly because it was still in purple ish (I have provided images). I am aware they are franchise but I am also worried that they are hiring people without training or not following the health and safety rules while operating in the food industry. Working in food industry is not all about placing the frozen chicken in the oven and setting timer then serving it to the customer at the end, should be checked and pass the quality checks etc. although; I am sure they are going to say '' we are checking '' but pictures don't lie: I personally won't be visiting KOKORO again and same as my friends...

Went in at 7pm, after 15 minutes waiting, I was told they no longer making sushi and it was only what was on the shelf being 2 things, so I opted for the hot food, of which there was only 2 options, told sweet and sour was going to be coming in a couple minutes, asked for that with noodles, paid for it. 15 minutes passed, sweet and sour chicken finally came out, guy went to put the noodles in the pot of which there was such a small amount of noodles it couldn't make a full portion unless he put a massive amount of onions, so I stopped him and just got rice, so ultimately came away after half hour with something I didn't really want, and wasn't...
