Me and my friend, and I, went to this restaurant. I came for the bubble tea. Not to mention it taste so good I did a happy butt-chair-dance with my travel partner. I got stuck two days in a row eating more than for two. My tummy got soooo big. First I was afraid and I was petrified. I was not sure about it but damned, I was glad it was just over eating all the good food. I wasn’t pregnant after all, even thou I looked like I was 4 months on my way after a delicious meal here. You know when you watch anime and they over ate all the noodles with tiny eyes and sweat and stars around them? Looking cute and can’t move? Yeah, that’s me. I plead them to open a restaurant in Norway, Oslo. Because if not. I have to spend 775 kr to just eat here. You can mix and pick whatever you want to put in the pot. Off course, I picked a lot on purpose the second day just to have left overs for later. The cute woman working here is just a charm. We can’t stop smiling at each other. Casserole wang was a great place to get my hotpot fix in Edinburgh! You pick out the ingredients you want and pay by the weight and the prices are fair. My only complaint is the potential for cross contamination in the ingredients part. Instead of each ingredient having its own set of tongs, you just use one pair for the whole bowl. Meaning you can pick up a piece of raw chicken and then touch vegetables with the same tongs. This place would certainly not be suitable for a vegetarian or someone with allergies.

I got the mild soup base which I enjoyed, but for those with a lower spice tolerance it probably wouldn’t be great. It has a pretty generous amount of sichuan chilli oil on top.

The restaurant itself is fairly cramped and this could be uncomfortable and overwhelming to those who are more sensitive so I would keep that in mind.
