Pablo Eggs-Go-Bao — Restaurant in City of Edinburgh

i finally ordered my hangover breakfast from this place and i am completely obsessed. the hash browns are deliciously crispy, the eggs are prepared to perfection, and the bao is unexpectedly ideal at tying the classic breakfast ensemble together. it’s so tasty it’s actually ridiculous. since i had it delivered i cannot speak on the service, but i just know the people who work here are all angels. food this delicious can only be prepared by a soul full of love.

this is the kind of breakfast sandwich you think about for the rest of the day, the one that makes you feel good about life. you can get fired, broken up with and hit by a car, and on your way to the hospital you’ll think, ‘at least that breakfast bao was damn good’.

This is fast becoming my absolute go to for a weekend breakfast. First off - the service. Everyone who works here is an absolute legend and so, so friendly. Polite, funny and eager. Then, the food - oh god, the food. The buns are light and fluffy and filled with breakfast joy. Everything is seasoned perfectly. Tried one for the first time yesterday with my boyfriend, we asked for the OG breakfast but with veggie sausage, it was one of the nicest breakfast ‘rolls’ I’ve ever had, perfect ratio of everything especially sauce I hate when it’s overloaded! I thought before eating it was going to be messy however everything stayed together. Lastly the hash browns were insane, genuinely best hash browns I’ve had, the dusting on the top so flavourful and the siracha type dip alongside was a winner!...
