The Tattie Creel — Restaurant in City of Edinburgh

I was advised to order from the tattie creel as a friend says that the place was great. Well......... After ordering from Uber Eats this company didn't come on top or provide a level of great service expectation. I contacted The Tattie Creel directly to find out what was happening, not a good conversation with the person on the phone the lady advised I was to cancel in my app and could not do so so already being frustrated she also advised that she would not give the Uber Eats person my order as this was now 1 hour late already. 30 minutes after an order appeared..... Level of service by owner was highly frustrating I get it was a third party company "UBER EATS" that deliver but there are much better platforms to use, for example delilveroo.

I would suggest to the owner that using this company will only give yourself a bad review such as this one but being hungry and waiting until almost dinner time for my lunch is in my eyes unacceptable.

After making some suggestions a frustrated phone call from me you did not exceed my expectations as a client I don't want to hear "what do you want me to do about it" what I want is a answer to the problem that I have called you about.

Sorry Tattie Creel you will not be on my customer list in the future.... I will go elsewhere now.

I bet the place is good but I feel that you should look at new delivering options, maybe hire your own driver or look at a different company Uber Eats clearly dont work...

We find that amazing place we have try the cheeseburger and it was amazing for a good price and today we back to try the macaroni cheese and the chicken curry with rice that was successful. We looking to be back again we really recommend this place....
