As someone who's been to Vietnam and was led around by a local, I have to say responsibly that the banh xeo here is the best banh xeo I've had in my life.

The thing is, the chef executes at a sit down restaurant level, not at a street food level, hence it's really really good. Technjcally it was perfect, super crispy pancake, the prawn aroma comes thru, and the bean sprouts were well fried.

The catch is obviously the price, it's much more expensive than street food in Vietnam, although for this level of technical execution it's more than worth it

Second visit: Braised beef was very good

Braised pork belly liquid is super thin, completely different from the picture. It's ok, rather lean

Grilled pork belly vermicelli was average, the grilled pork belly was weak and the sauce is too diluted

Third visit: Pho is rather light, ckn wasn't brined

Viet curry was not bad, mainly sweet and the texture of the curry was thick. We got duck and it was reasonably tender

Spring roll was fine, but the pork filling was abit lacking. Prawn inside was good

4th visit: Grilled pork rice is quite overpriced, it's just a piece of pork shoulder, and it wasn't marinated aggressively nor was it charred at all. Average

5th visit: Iced coffee syrup is correct, however the coffee had a cardboard taste which was unpleasant. For this price of almost 5£, it's ridiculous

6th visit: Had the banh xeo again, it's seriously good. How they have one excellent item and everything else average or worse, I've got no idea. Super umami...

Newly opened and very pleasant setting. Immediately noted how attentive the staff were helping my disabled friend get comfortably seated. The menu is small but nicely balanced. We ordered the Prawn mango salad and Chicken and prawn summer rolls for starters. Whilst waiting for our starters our waitress explained the sauces set out on the table and provided us with chilled water. Both starters were fresh and tasty although my friend was thrown by the texture of the rice paper. Mains we ordered fried noodle with chicken and grilled meat (pork) with rice and egg. Both dishes were hot and fresh. The flavour was good and the portions big enough that we couldn't finish. Full up but wanting to try more we ordered a coconut shells with coconut ice-cream and two spoons. This was a perfect way to end our visit. The Bill was a reasonable £48 and we were very happy with our visit. Definitely one to try if you are in...

The service here was good and the vibe is nice. We got the meat and vegetarian spring rolls, tofu summer rolls and the tofu pancake. The summer rolls were nice but we didn’t enjoy the other dishes. The vegetarian spring rolls were not made with rice paper, they were small and resembled those of a Chinese takeaway which is expensive for 3 small rolls. The main flavour in the meat spring rolls was coriander and again they were so small in comparison to the ones we had in Vietnam. Finally, the pancake was oily and didn’t contain any vermicelli noodles like we had in Vietnam. Unfortunately we wouldn’t return as we felt it was very expensive and lacked flavour in...

OMG! Potentially the best Vietnamese restaurant in Scotland. Every dish was elevated! Bo Kho: the most well-balanced, spicy yet rounded, beef stew I've had outside of Indian cuisine Pho: light, balanced, depth... And with those condiments on the side... Pretty much the best chilli crisp ever... We couldn't stop eating it with just the baguette we ordered. THE COFFEES!!! These were the star of the show - egg coffee was a revelation enough, but then the coconut coffee came out with toasted and tender coconut bits, a coffee jelly and condensed milk... Oh man, get outta here!
