Angela's Coffee Shop — Restaurant in Colchester

Oh, my.! I chose the "large breakfast", and they were not exaggerating. Perfectly cooked. This is no "Greasy-spoon", they produce quality in this establishment. It may not be on the main road, but it is well worth a detour to get sustainance, (parking round the back). Thank you, ladies. I'll be back again.

Edit.12/3/22 Thanks ladies for another delicious breakfast. There is also a busy carryout service, and they are part of the "just eat" app. I'm not sure how it works but I saw a motorbike delivery guy put two coffees in his bag too. (I'm sure the cups were sealed.!)

Edit.7/9/22 Why come to this establishment,? The breakfasts are exceptional, not just because the staff are pleasant and professional, but the food is well cooked and they do not use cheap ingredients. The sausages have flavour, the bacon is not salty, there is a proper fresh mushroom (not tinned and soggy), even the hash browns have a little extra flavour, there is no grease on the plate. Being a tea drinker, the teapot has two teabags, and holds two mugs worth, it is piping hot, so the second mugful has a pleasant temperature. Thanks again, ladies.!

Everything was overdone every bite taste like charcoal/burnt disgusting never coming here again only good thing was the egg and when I did call them to let them know they just argued and kept going on about great reviews and tbh whoever thinks this place is good get some taste buds what a joke of a cafe has to be said sausages burnt toast cold and hard bacon rock solid and every bite was disgusting i even spat it out and stopped eating it. I will stick to food so good...

Got some wraps and sandwiches delivered today by just eat, food was absolutely bang on, very nicely filled. Coffees was absolutely beautiful. Nice to order somewhere and get a proper hot coffee and proper hot food☺️ highly recommended.

I got a SFC wrap, sausage and bacon sandwich, chicken mozzarella pesto, cheese and tuna panini with a mocha and cappuccino! Thanks for the lovely breakfasts guys! One happy...
