Bakes Delight — Restaurant in Coventry

I had a bad experience two days in a row, both as a customer and a delivery driver.

I came in yesterday to pickup a order, I confirmed pickup (swiped), I put the delivery in my bag and was heading out they were shouting at me to come back in.

I showed them that I confirmed pickup as it was showing the customers address and name it doesn't show customers address until you confirm pick up which is what I did and explained to them. They were shouting and saying I can't leave until I click confirm delivery I said to them I can only press 'confirm delivery' when I have given it to the customer. They didn't understand and kept shouting at me. In the end I just clicked it and they said something in their language about me. It isn't my fault if the machine is slow or they can't read write or understand English or use technology. It confused the customer because of what they made me do. If they do this with other delivery drivers it will effect your business

I came back today to actually buy something the person serving didn't say hello, didn't ask me what I want didn't say please or thank you the only thing he did manage was to give me dirty look and be rude.

After I bought the pasty I explained about maybe their machine was slow or made a mistake but even so next time don't ask me to confirm delivery, you can only ask me to verify the order and confirm pick up only. He still didn't understand what I was saying he just shouted and slammed his hand on the worktop and slammed the money. I was polite as i could be but he wasnt

Lovely little place to have fresh chicken sharwama paninis. You can pick any salad and sauces you want to go with your panini and when it's ready you will realise its full of flavour.
