TLDR: food is awful.

Although it was a weekday evening when I went, I expected there to be some customers or at least some orders coming in. It was empty and the staff were casually having a chat in the back.

Then when I asked the staff for a burger recommendation, all he could offer was uhmm. He was a decent chap and seemed fine talking otherwise, but I'm guessing he knew what the food was like and didn't want to be the one recommending anything.

Portion size was good and the food looked reasonable. Upon closer inspection though, the smash patties were extremely thin, crispy and burnt at least 2cm along the edges. Thin, I expect, this crispy and burnt, definitely not. The sauce was below average, but that is down to...

Edit to 1 star horrible uber service. poorly cooked burger and also large piece of bone on a fillet burger. also past few orders quality not so consistance. at the start you were great now not so.

i cant find a single fault with this place on my first eat in. the price on the menu is decent, the inside is nice and clean,staff consistantly cleaning up. food i got is smash single burger with egg extra and the submerged spicy stacker meal, and locust biscoff milk cake so yummy a must try. the fries cooked to perfection tasty and crispy outside, soft inside, the drink was ice cold perfect. the food cooked fresh on order. final result a perfectly cooked burger.

Smashed burgers are actually quite decent given the price. Chicken burger was drenched in so much sauce, that I didn't know whether to eat with my hands or with cutlery. Regardless, it still tasted good.

The only downfall would be their service. I have ordered 3 times from here and twice they have messed up the order. When you order 2-3 items and you still end up messing up the order, it does kind of tell you that something is going wrong. I know if I made an order, there will be at least a 70% chance that the order will be messed up, that figure goes up if I add more items to the order.
