Starbucks — Restaurant in Coventry

This is an excellent airy and open Starbucks location located inside on the top floor of a New Look in the Ricoh Arena shopping center.

The staff here are always very personable and sometimes even remember me! There is a nice collection of Starbucks mugs from their employees of places around the world they've visited.

It is usually busy, as every Starbucks I've been to in the UK is, but it's easy to get your drink quickly enough. Sometimes there's no wait at all and you can zip right through!

Seating can sometimes be limited, as a lot of business men take up tables for hours working and having business meetings. And sometimes the tables are in desperate need of being bussed... but all in all it is a great calm and chill location.

Aside from the annoying loud Skype conversations of people sitting near by, all in all I give this place 5 Stars. I wish they had longer hours though (due to New Look) Yay for Starbucks and their...

Yes it was busy today at Starbucks. The lovely cashier moved the line along in a timely manner, kept her cool with a smile on her face. It wasn't until the fake eyelashed barista who had a genuine lack of interest in her job that I began to become annoyed. I've worked in customer service. I know what its like to be in the weeds, but when you're more interested in having conversations around you and asking "Whose on tomorrow?" instead of doing your job -my sympathy ends for you. To make matters worse I think this flake was the manager. It took almost twenty minutes to get a cappucino and a latte-nothing special. I've been to Starbucks all over the place and this by far was one of the worst because of this distracted, non-interested barista. She shouldn't be in management. Actually, I doubt she should be employed. Take a hint from your cashier and keep it moving. Stop...

It was ok, even though no cust at counter still had to wait to be served, had 5 cheese toastie, it was ok but really greasy the 5 cheese didn't go well together, had a choc muffin it was nice but top was dry could do with being wrapped up whilst on display, but the double espresso was really nice, it's a shame though I used to love there black Americano with extra shot but they started putting filter coffee in for the extra shot which makes it taste awful, and without an extra shot it's too weak for me!
