Disgraceful customer service from the older lady at the till point on 29/03/24 ~1130am, Walsgrave Road branch. I politely asked for a sausage roll to go, and I was met with a passive aggressive, unprofessional and stroppy response. She flung her arm out to the side, pointed and exclaimed “can you see any sausage rolls?…They are in the oven they will be 5 minutes!” To which I made her aware there were plenty of vegan sausage rolls there. The ironic thing is last time I was in the queue here I saw her arguing with a Deliveroo driver about his bad manners! Doesn’t seem to be someone that enjoys or even gives the absolute minimum in a customer facing environment. Brand damaging regardless as I’ll no longer visit this chain in future. The quality of food is poor. Pizzas drip with grease. Bakes are just filled with tasteless mush. Good...
