STAFF CAUGHT PREPARING FOOD AFTER SEARCHING BINS FOR RECEIPTS WITHOUT WASHIG HANDS
COMPANY DIRECTOR CAUGHT HIDING PRETENDING TO BE ON HOLIDAY WHEN WE HAD BAD SERVICE
Today I placed an order with this sham of a company, I ordered in store. Upon my arrival the staff could be heard swearing. I waited for the duration of the cooking period to be told that the staff didn’t even make the food we ordered, I was then offered a free ice cream as form of compensation. When we finally got our order the compensation was not authorised, so we proceeded home with the goods ordered. Once we arrived home the order was OF COURSE WRONG, so I called to resolve it I was then promised an extra pizza and a refund of £10.00. The compensation offer also turned out to be a LIE again they then called to say no money will be refunded whilst the whole time I did not request any compensation, I was then promised food in 20-30 minutes and to my surprise ANOTHER LIE. I had to place three follow up calls to chance our replacement delivery they took nearly one hour thirty minutes to arrive. I requested to speak to the owner, but unfortunately I was told the owner was on holiday. THIS WAS AGAIN ANOTHER LIE, to my disbelief I was then told they found the owner in the shop next door. Overall this was an order filled with lies and terrible food one lost shop owner. When we did finally receive our gooey cheese pizza upon opening the franchise branded food container we where met to burnt and dead looking pizza something that even Italy would be ashamed of.
Message to the store, I know you are reading this: I want a proper apology for what I have experienced, I will be contacting your head office and if I am not satisfied with the result I will create a plan using SEO make sure everyone...
Read moreI used to live in Coventry 20 years ago and had completely forgotten Snappy Tomato existed! Had to nip into Coventry for work so picked up some pizza on the way home. Telephone was picked up quickly, then was put on the counter while the lady dealt with someone else. If you don't have time to deal with a customer, why pick up the phone? Once she'd fi ished, placing the order was fairly quick. Then drove to the store to pick it up about 20 mins later. There was literally no one in the front of the store. I stood there for a few minutes before someone popped their head out from far in the back and a couple of people appeared. Paid, and then left. Pizza was good, I'd not had Snappy Tomato for a long time, but they do make nice pizzas. Had a bbq and a meat feast type thing, tasted nice fresh and also reheated the next day too (always sprinkle a bit of water on the pizza before you chuck it on...
