The lady that served me she was so rude and selfish and her attitude is not the right one for treating customers like that . When placed my order (1 caramel latte and 1 3/4 quarters cappuccino)I specified that the cappuccino to be 3/4 quarters . She made the drinks , obviously the cappuccino wasn't like i asked for. So I asked to remake my cappuccino. What she done next amazed me , she took my cup and throw half of the coffee in the sink, and she handled me like that with a bad attitude, and i asked her again politely to make me a new one .. than she start to throw with anger the cup of coffee on the bin and 2 empty bottles of milk ... that's not the right attitude and I will never go back to...

Came in here as I needed to feed my 2 week old baby, we sat in the corner to keep away from other guests and my husband went to get us a coffee only to hear the young lady serving complaining that our baby was crying. My baby was asleep when we arrived and woke up for his feed - so we were fully prepped when he woke up therefore he cried for a matter of seconds as I got him out the pram and put the bottle in his mouth. The other guests didn’t seem to be disturbed and were really nice asking how old our baby was and congratulating us. Vile behaviour these businesses survive on parents in the week. I thought we had moved past being nasty to newborn babies but apparently not...

My favourite coffee shop in town to be sure. The best coffee,the best food and the service is 5 stars. Luxury caramel latte with coconut milk its a must try with pain au chocolat and if you like something salty the best one to try is Italian mozzarella, pesto and tomato pizzetta. Everything is very good at Nero, the service is always excellent, the staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Kash, Sal and Mark are the best of the best. They are very kind and friendly, always with a welcoming smile on their face and very attentive to details and customer requirements.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

P.S… If you haven't tried Nero yet, you still have time, you won't...

Great tasting, strong coffee and interesting limited edition flavours. The pastries/cakes are delicious too and they have a nice variety. Service is good and standard. However I did not want to bring the rating down for this but they really need some new furniture, the ones at the back of the shop are very uncomfortable and worn out. All in all still my favourite coffe shop in town, a bit pricier than the rest but you get what you pay for. 👍 (Items in pic are pistachio latte and almond croissant)

Great tasting, strong coffee and interesting limited edition flavours. The pastries/cakes are delicious too and they have a nice variety. Service is good and standard.
