Park Side Cafe — Restaurant in Crawley

We thought we'd try this cafe as we've eaten in all the other cafe's in the area and sadly it was a bad experience. Firstly I ordered a large cappuccino with a extra shot of coffee and I received a tea cup of single shot coffee. Then I tried to order the Spanish breakfast and was told that I has to wait an extra 15mins as they were too busy in the kitchen to cook it so I decided to order something else which was a panini of spicy beef, salami and tomato. I was then told that there was no spicy beef and I will only get the salami and tomato but at the same price.... which I thought it wasn't right so I changed my order again, at this point I was feeling very deflated..... My panini was good but the portion of chips on both our plates turned out to be a pinch of French fries each Sadly we will never...

Good absolutely amazing, staff are very attentive but I do find sitting inside the cafe while staff are on their breaks, facetiming or watching videos at quite loud volume with the music playing quite loud also, a little over stimulating, I do suggest if staff are on their breaks they either watch videos with the sound off, headphone or go elsewhere and facetiming shouldn't be happening at all, I know going to a public venue you are going to hear other peoples conversations but I really don't need to hear what's going on in someone's life miles away. Other than that, food great, service good, prices...

This is the first time I popped in the Parkside Cafe in Crawley, and I been here s few years now. I can't believe I been missing out on this awesome cafe all this time, its really worth a visit. I was served by a lovely lady who was so welcoming and friendly. Genuinely smiley young lady waitress and excellent service from all. I went for a full house breakfast and it was utterly lovely. Really good quality fry up and I was surprised how quickly it came. Excellent expierence for my first time. I will be coming back again very soon. Thank you...
