I went Fireway for the first time, the person at the till didn’t mention to us about any Tuesday offers, I ordered a pizza and very next minute I paid for this pizza, I saw the buy one get one free offer, I told him I want to cancel the order and that I’ll book this on the app. This happened the very minute I paid, the guy denied to refund the money saying he doesn’t have the access to this, I asked him 3 times saying I want to cancel the order and he kept saying this cannot be cancelled, I went then to discuss with my partner, and he started preparing the pizza and I went upto him again to say I want to cancel this pizza, my partner came forward to ask him too, and he told him that he cannot do anything and the manager will only come after 7 and that we will have to come after 7 to take the refund, this wasn’t a good service and when my partner asked him couple of questions regarding what’s this process and that we are not from this town to come later at 7, the man at the till was rude, he was like have a sit or get out …he could politely tell us please have a sit and that he can get back to us in a bit, but he was rude the way he said it. We were speaking to him politely till he got rude, and then my partner raised his voice because he was very disrespectful the way he told us to get of his sight. We were quiet upset with this service, we sat there till we would get refund nd he came with cash of 10p and 20p and refunded 11.95 with many coins and told us never to come again at the place! Completely rude! And disrespectful! His name was something starting with letter S, I asked him his name and he wrote it down on his receipt and not customer...
Read moreI cannot believe I paid money for this disaster of a pizza. When it arrived, all the toppings were a mess, completely scattered and falling off. It looked like someone just threw everything into the box and shook it. How do you expect me to eat this?
The worst part? I read the reviews before ordering, and people complained about the same thing. But I thought, “Maybe it won’t be the case for me.” Clearly, that was a mistake. Do you guys even care about quality? Do you even check what you’re sending out to customers? Because this is unacceptable.

No wonder, seeing as we ordered from the store 3 miles from us and for some reason the order was sent on to a store 11 miles from us, resulting in no driver being assigned for over an hour. I understand you rely on uber eats as your delivery service, however may be worth reevaluating from an operational point of view to prevent unhappy customers in future. A shame as was really looking forward to this and I’m sure it would’ve been lovely if it wasn’t cold. Waste of money and had to order from elsewhere, luckily our subway came nice...
