Eggs - Like your eggs cooked "properly", with no rubber, no runny wet white bird, but just cooked right, slight cheeky crispy edge bits, soft centre, Lashings of just-right-ooze organic free range yellow oke ?? Again full of incredible flavours. . . "Hats off to Chef!" 😎

Tommy's - Juicy caramelised sweet, grilled to perfection tomatoes - no expense in time spared cooking these, or in choosing the right supplier

Shrooms!! - Like your mushroom meaty too? Full of herb and flavour only a proper time spent cooking these right the way through can do. Veggie vegan they do this for us so well !

Toasted sour dough - Like your bread crispy, chewy and expensive too? This sour dough bread is the dogs... 🐶 🐕!

Hash! - Tag this little piece in ! There is a fine line with theses little critters... Some places cook em under, some over... This place cuts the mustard, say no more!

Beans - Like your beans plentiful, piping hot, and with a lid? 😆 Different considerate construction, #ConsiderateChef

You can cook at home, but when you go out you want a Chef. 👀

My girlfriend and I have been wanting to come for a while as we have a few other haunts for our weekend breakfast! We were really chuffed to find how good it was!!

They allowed us to bring our dog in! (Which other places don’t!) Service was attentive, speedy and done with a smile. They came over to check how the food and drinks were too. It was a lovely personal touch from all the staff. They gave our dog a treat! The food was GOOOOD!! Milkshakes at other cafes are often over priced and out of a powder mix but these seemed homemade and tasty and worth the money which is a big bonus as when you go to other places you feel ripped off getting a pants milkshake. Smoothie was tasty and packed a punch of flavour.

We will definitely be going back to try other things on the menu!!

I have just read another review on here and pretty baffled as to why someone was complaining about a cake, and leaving a bad review. Just a note for others… why not talk to the staff and give direct feedback face to face about a minor issue rather than moan about it online potentially affecting someone’s small business..?

The people at this business come across as super friendly and very professional so I’m sure they would have been very approachable and welcomed your feedback and taken...

Keep meaning to try this place out. Now kicking myself I didn't do it sooner. Wow! They have transformed this place. Super friendly service. Amazing coffee. And the food was exquisite. I chose from the 'specials' board, and ate Chicken Skewers Salad. Stunning cookery. One of the tastiest and interesting salads I've enjoyed in years. Can't wait to come back.

Time for an update: have been quite a few times for their breakfast service the past couple of years and this deserves a special mention too. If you enjoy a classic English breakfast, as I do, there are two 'size' options, which is a nice touch. I could get all poetic about the quality of the food here, but I'm going to be direct and tell you my honest opinion.....

.... this is my favourite cooked breakfast in the whole world.

Update March 2025..... The coffee shop that just keeps on giving.... This place is buzzing. The vibe is always happy, friendly, and just fantastic. And this is a synergy of brilliant staff and lovely customers.

So I just fancied a snack today. Chose Croque Monsieur. Blown away how the chef has managed to lift this dish to new heights. Absolutely stunning cookery....
