A Must-Visit Gem in Doncaster Town Centre!

My wife Jackie and I recently had the pleasure of dining at Banco Cafe & Bar, and what an absolutely brilliant experience it was from start to finish! From the moment we walked in, we felt completely at home in the wonderfully chilled atmosphere. It's truly a place where you can relax and feel right at ease. The food was, quite simply, amazing. The menu stands out with its really different and incredibly tasty offerings – a true culinary delight that you won't find just anywhere. What truly elevated our visit was the exceptional staff. Every single person was helpful, friendly, and genuinely took the time to talk to us, which made us feel incredibly valued. A special shout-out goes to Annette, who was absolutely brilliant at her job. She made sure we had everything we needed with a constant, warm smile. Jill also deserves a mention for her friendly and efficient service when taking part of our order. And when it came to paying the bill, Maddie ensured a smooth and pleasant end to our meal, keeping up the team's high standard of service.

Banco Cafe & Bar is more than just a place to eat; it's a fantastic experience thanks to its incredible food, inviting atmosphere, and, most importantly, its wonderful people. We can't recommend it...

Visited after seeing an article about Banco's opening. Initially very impressed with its design and aesthetic which was modern industrial in its style.

Service was very friendly, helped us choose drinks which we went for a lotus biscoff frappaccino which was good but could have done with more biscoff flavour. I would like to try the coffee but visited late afternoon so no caffeine for me!

Had a sweet treat which was delicious, really good flavour and texture. I didn't catch the full name but it was a flapjack style base, fruit filling (apple and raspberry?) with a crumble topping! Delicious!

The selection of croissants, sandwiches, sweet treats look exceptionally tasty and I will be returning to try some more options!

Toilets were very clean and pleasant.

The seating booths were comfortable with plenty of space around them.

Some friendly feedback - There were not too many people in the store at the time of the visit but the level of noise was rather high. A combination of the music being a tad high and voices bouncing off the hard walls, ceilings and floors. Could do with some soft furnishings/panels to dampen some of the sounds travelling...

I've recently visited Banco in downtown Doncaster for a few times and wanted to write about my exceptional experience at the cafe.

The cafe ambience is trendy and welcoming. The large chandelier is eye-catching and it adds a touch of grandeur. The dark, exciting room color sets the tone for an upscale environment that exudes both sophistication and comfort.

There are plenty of comfortable yet stylish seating. There is also a sofa/fireplace area, resembling a cozy lounge, perfect spot to unwind, read a book, or engage in conversation.

Also want to mention the thoughtfully selected music and the friendly staff. Delightful!

The handcrafted coffee is always a masterpiece - beautiful and tasty! Food is also surprisingly amazing. The owners told us they source ingredients from local markets/farms to ensure quality and freshness. Let me tell you, the chef is good! The food tastes divine and the presentation is definitely Instagram-worthy!

I have not tried their cocktail yet. They look beautiful and inviting definitely for my next visit!
