Very convenient but drinks not great. This Starbucks is located next to platform 4 at the train station and closes at 8pm. Rather than the solo takeaway coffee shops without seats, Starbucks actually has an indoor building to sit down and drink, otherwise it’ll cost you 5p extra for a takeaway cup. There is a decent amount of seats to accommodate for customers with access to sockets to charge any devices, this is great when needing a quick charge and when waiting for a train to arrive. The staff are friendly and quick to serve food and drinks. I noticed drinks are a bit more pricey at this Starbucks, most likely because it’s at a train station. I ordered a grande roasted hazelnut macchiato which costed £4.20 which tasted okay, nothing special and it wasn’t hot. Overall, it’s a Starbucks which costs a bit more than usual with indoor seating and it costs you a bit extra for a takeaway cup. A good place if you want to sit in somewhere warm and comfy.

Not welcoming and won’t recommended to stay without buying. At the shop they have plenty of space wasn’t busy at all. Mention the guy with long hair and lot tattoo on left and right arm, #Starbucks - Head office, Area Branch + Region, Need to searching for [ new staff at the good manners or retraining ]. Have a nice day =D

Julia and Tracey served me and they were absolutely so so lovely! They also had the cute snoopy cups in, we had the iced brown sugar oat espresso drink and it was delicious! We had a good laugh together about how many people were after the cups! 20/10 service x

Always treat my daughter to a strawberry refresha when in town, decided to come to this one to sit in before our train, the female assistant who served us was shocking with her attitude, she was rude. It was dismal infact and wasn't a good atmosphere, we came once before and got one to take away before and it was fine but my daughter complained this one didn't have any strawberry pieces in which was obvious from looking at it, these drinks are expensive at 5.20 so do it properly please. We will go to the one in the frenchgate centre instead in future which is more welcoming and the staff have customer...

Coffee was alright standard and chap serving me was fine. I was there at 5:50 and it's open until 9:00; most seats were cordoned off for cleaning. Some ladies sat in the other section and a different staff member advised them to leave. The staff member threatened to bring station staff if they didnt. They were quietly merry but were well behaved; seemed unnecessarily OTT to me and made me feel uncomfortable just seeing it. Chap stomped around a bit more later; cringe worthy. Not a great example of...
