THE OWNER SAVED MY DAY! My company booked me in premier in central hotel which doesn’t have a car park, so I have parked on paid car park on Grey Friar’s Rd. I didn’t have any cash on me but luckily aside of coins there was option to pay online. Unfortunately this did not work so I went to look for a cash machine, following that Ive looked for shop to change the note to coins. Went to B&M where really UNhelpful lady refused to change the note for me, so I bought chewing gum, paid £20 note, but she gave me not enough coin change. Ive asked her to give me more coins instead of notes but again she said NO. As I was walking back to the car park without hope, I noticed man with a van next to what appeared to be nice little coffee shop after opening hours. I’ve knocked in to see if I can get some help and this lovely man looked through his van looking for coins to help me without any hesitation. Thanks to that I could pay for my car park, go to the hotel and enjoy the rest...

The great thing about this place is that it has a very varied menu at very reasonable prices and it is clean and roomy so you find family's nipping in for breakfast and shoppers dropping in for a coffee. Everybody is friendly, talkative, relaxed and so laid back. Food was hot and so was the plate that it came on so my food stayed warm. Less than a quid for a tea or coffee. On the next table is a lad with largest plate I have ever seen. It must be over 20 inch long and it has a breakfast on it called the TRIPLE. It is absolutely massive. It is literally like three breakfasts with everything on. It costs a fiver which I find unbelievable! It has the be the best value breakfast I have ever come...

When ever we pass through Doncaster on the boat I always call in for 3 of their delicious full breakfast sandwiches. They are huge and ultra filling. After eating one you don't need to eat again until tea time. The staff are friendly and I always get a warm welcome from the owner when ever I go in. The kitchen and cafe are spotlessly clean with a great atmosphere. Well worth a try if you are...
