Favorite Chicken & Ribs Dover — Restaurant in Dover

I live an hours drive from Dover so but am staying near there tonight so checked up on opening hours etc before making the journey. Google opening hours for this store are 11am until midnight so with this in mind I made sure that I arrived with more than an hour to spare before closing and arrived at 22:55. Went to order a 3 piece chicken meal but was told that the chicken isn't ready. I said I was prepared to wait but was told that they were not prepared to cook any chicken for me. I then asked for a 10 piece wings meal and was told that they only had 4 wings. Upon asking why such little stock was available I was told that the shop was about to close and I pointed out that on the door it states that the shop is open until midnight which at that point was over an hour away . The staff member did not answer my question. I then had to go to nearby Roosters chicken and when I walked back to my car at 2335 Favorite chicken appeared closed with the lights off so I am curious why this business has opening hours advertised both on Google and in the shop window which are not correct and why they stop serving more than an hour before the stated closing time?

EDIT: Customer service updated Google times from 0000 to 2330 two days later. Because of the wrong times being listed on the night of my visit I did not get what I drove there for . I have asked Customer service to compensate me for this by means of a voucher but they have declined to...

Wish i could leave 0 stars. Ordered food over the phone and was told it would be less than 30 minutes. An hour later I called and asked how long and I was told another half hour. Clearly they dont care about anything other than just eat orders. Sat in with kids 5 min away from shop. Would have collected if incompetent rude poorly spoken female member of staff had told me that they had no drivers. Called again and asked for manager and was spoken over and told to shut up when voicing my concerns. I've been favorite customer for years and this will be my last time ordering. Bye bye forever. Lost a customer for life. Edit...... food turned up shortly after writing the review and I was not charged but had already gone out and bought other food and started cooking so a bit pointless. But was nice to have some chicken for a midnight snack so thanks to the manager for half...

I used to use favourite chicken all the time was very good, but unfortunately over the last two years it’s gone downhill

if you order late at night believe me they’re giving you some chicken.That been sat there for like 3 hours 4 hours hard and dry. And the colours off I’ve had that happened to me multiple times

Another thing I’ve never understood they’re willing to give you catch up up mayonnaise for free but when it comes to the chilli sauce, they charge you 50p which is very surprising considering most chicken shop the chilli sauce is free
