Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Dudley

This comment is only for the ground floor costa opposite Debhehams. Awful service on the 3 occasions I have been, normally at any costa when I raise an issue with the drink it is immediately replaced without questioning here today I mentioned drink was not sweet enough as clearly not enough powder had been added I got told where the sugar was and then both the guys serving had the cheek to laugh about it! I didn't find it amusing and found this service to be disgusting, the guys need to be sent for some customer service skills and learn how to put a smile on when serving customers... The look I got from them was like they were doing a favour when I have actually paid for the service! Won't be going to...

I was very disappointed with the service I had done a click and collect to minimise contact and waiting, when I arrived it wasn’t clear where to collect drinks from so I waited in the queue I eventually go to speak to some who pointed to a shelving unit where the click and collect, no new drink had gone to this shelf whilst I was there, I went over to the drinks and they didn’t feel that warm so to barista saying they weren’t very warm and he never offered to remake them, the staff said they had put them ready but because it wasn’t very clear where the drinks or click and collect items were and waited in the queue for while I wasn’t happy and the drinks...

I use Costa all the time and love it. Today however, I went in and it was hectic. (I appreciate Christmas is coming). Even though I was drinking in, I was asked if I minded a paper cup (which I didn't) but when I got my 4 year olds cake in a bag with nothing to eat it with it was a bit of a nightmare. I had to leave her by herself at the table I had found to go Insearch of a fork as it was busy and I would have lost our table. When I sat back down, I realised I hadn't been given a teaspoon either. 😳. I had to wait till the cake was eaten and then stir my coffee with the fork.
