Starbucks, you find there everywhere, ideal if you want a quick coffee and a little rest.

The store is very stylishly decorated, keeping up with the usual trends.

The coffee is nice and well, it's what you come to expect.

The thing that let it down big time for me was the hygiene. They had a load of people working behind the counter and the place was messy, the tables hadn't been cleaned for a while due to the stained coffee marks and cups left all around. Rubbish on the floors and I wouldn't mind but it wasn't that busy. The staff need to get off their phones and do some cleaning. I could forgive it .......... Until I went to the toilet, it was shocking, defecation under the toilet seat that someone pressed in with their fingers, then the finger marks was on and around the toilet,I had to press the flusher with a piece of toilet paper. Later on I used the other toilet, hand towels all over the place from an overfilled bin which told me it hadn't been checked for a time and a broken flusher.

It’s time to stop providing subpar food to users of the Too Good To Go app—this practice is completely unacceptable. Those in need of proper meals deserve far better than scraps. A family member of mine recently visited your store and received a surprise bag filled only with ham and cheese, which they cannot consume due to health reasons. You didn’t even inquire about their dietary needs. Instead, you handed over food that was unappetizing.

Moreover, on another occasion, they received pasties that were too hard to eat. It is clear that you should be actively supporting those in need, yet it appears that good food is being hidden away and stored in the back, instead of being offered to individuals who truly require it. This behavior is not only disappointing, but it is also fundamentally unjust. The store manager must take responsibility and ensure that staff is properly trained. Went in for the first time this weekend to try it out. I usually go to Costa. I ordered two drinks with two cake. So they take my name, and I sit at the table I'll be eating and drinking at. They call my name, I go up and pick up one cake. I sit back down for a few minutes, they call me again. Another cakes ready. I sit back down for a couple of minutes, they call me again a drinks ready. I fetch it, and same the thing happens again. What's wrong with putting my order on a tray and calling me when it's all ready. My coffee was quite strong, so I wanted some milk to put in it.
