After 35 years of my life being pure vegetarian not even eating fish or egg! I had the worst experience! Visited Mary hill yesterday and asked for a Arabiata pasta. Lady at the till put it through as a CHICKEN Arabiata one. I didn't notice on the receipt. The way the pasta was, the boiled pasta was on top and the sauce just tasted like hot plain tomato and chilli flakes. Fair enough not the best but I just put mozzarella cheese on and started eating it. (I did have my baby to hand at the same time.) When I got right to the bottom, I noticed big chunks of CHICKEN . I felt disgusting! Went back to let them know and the original lady said, well you ordered just an Arabiata and that contains chicken, I pointed to the board and was like just the Arabiata has a v, the one underneath was chicken Arabiata, and she was like you didn't mention vegetarian, I was like just Araibiata is vegetarian as standard! Although the other meal I ordered was vegetarian. First they just said sorry, just made what it was put through as. After, refunded me my meal but it doesn't really make it any better than I had eaten contaminated pasta. All the way home I felt sick! Won't be...
Read moreMe and a freind went today , poor food quality my pizza had burnt bits of pepperoni and the chips were cold with lots of spicy powder on top I did ask for spicy but the tiny portion of chips was over run with spicy powder . The calslaw I did not think could be an issue was the worse calslaw me and my freind had ever had basically a bowl of veg with no sauce quite dry . Also very slow service left my calslaw under the heater while chatting for 10 minutes about stock till I said can you please take the calslaw from the hot heat , they were awaiting items for my friends meal meaning one meal was standing while the other was being still cooked …. Mellisa was smiley and happy which was the only bonus hence the 2 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ . Sorry to have to leave this review but with the cost of living etc people need good quality food for there money and the meal was very very poor today...
Read moreIf you had to ask me about Napoli in Merry Hill, I’d say it’s great. But if you asked me on a deeper level, I’d say:
Napoli brings so much joy to my life. Every lunch break I know where I’m headed to straight away. Lauren’s service is amazing and never fails to make me feel at home - she makes pizza with love and you can tell. I don’t think I could name a better place to get a slice of pizza. When I get paid, the first thing I think is, I can’t wait to spend my entire monthly wage at Napoli. Before Napoli, I was a Dominos man. My loyalty has quickly shifted and for obvious reasons. Though I think I may end up looking like a delectable slice of pepperoni pizza from Napoli, it’s worth it. Thank you Napoli for reminding me that life is worth living.
TLDR: Pizza is amazing, Lauren is amazing, I’m gonna look like a pizza by the end...
