I placed an order at 18.12. I received a text message to say my order had left branch @ 18.34 on was e route two myself. I then made a call to Skegness branch @ 19.08 to see if the pizza had actually left branch at said time. She assured me that it had just left and would still be warm as been on a hot plate and then in a heated bag. The order arrived with me at 19.12 at my address and when taking the delivery of the pizza could feel the boxes were not piping hot as per usual. I asked the driver if the pizzas had actually been out with him for 40mins and he said “yes unfortunately”. I said to the driver I’m rejecting the pizzas as they are cold. I then phoned skegness store and again got the same girl rude girl on the phone. I explained to her that the pizzas had arrived cold and that she shouldn’t lie to customers as honesty is the best policy. To which she replied “ do not be condescending to me on the phone“ and hung up. I then phoned Skegness branch 6 further times at 19.15, 19.15, 19.16, 19.16, 19.16, 19,16 where the phone was picked up and put down instantly. I then managed to get through to the deputy manager Wade who was unaware of any ongoing issues with our order and could/would not give me the name of staff member who was so rude as it’s not company policy to give out names of employees so I could file a complaint against this individual. After explaining our situation and the reason I’m so frustrated is not at all the fact the pizza came cold (sometimes things happen) is the fact that the rude employee on the phone who then proceeded to hang up 6 times because my number was coming up on the phone and she didn’t want to deal with the issue. Then to be told the pizzas will be made fresh but will be an additional 40 mins.

   Read moreWe pre-ordered our food to arrive between 7:00–7:15pm, as we weren’t going to be home until around 6:55/7:00pm. When we arrived, I noticed six missed calls on my phone. I immediately tried to call back, but received no answer.
We waited until 7:20pm, assuming the driver might return, but eventually had to drive to the branch ourselves. When we got there, not only were we met with rudeness from the staff, but we were also told the delivery had arrived on time – which is not accurate, and we have call logs to prove this. Despite paying for delivery, we had to collect our food ourselves – and it was cold.
When I asked to speak to the manager, a member of staff claimed he was the manager and proceeded to accuse us of lying in front of a queue of customers. It was humiliating and infuriating. We argued for several minutes before he finally agreed to remake our order. Even then, when I asked for a partial refund for the delivery, I was told he didn’t have time and that he’d be in touch – which still hasn’t happened.
We’ve been regular and loyal Domino’s customers for years, but this experience has left us extremely disappointed. The way we were treated was appalling, and even other customers in the queue commented on how badly we were being spoken to.

I’ve had enough with Domino’s. They are clearly only interested in growing their business and making money, and not at all focused on providing any form of decent customer service. I’ve had multiple issues with them recently, and every time, it’s the same story: rude staff, slow responses, and zero effort to resolve even the simplest requests.
It’s beyond frustrating trying to get basic help—whether it’s about an incorrect order, a missing item, or just a simple question. Their customer service is nonexistent, and it seems like they couldn’t care less. I’ve reached out to them multiple times, only to be ignored or brushed off. It’s clear that they’re more interested in hitting targets than actually taking care of their customers.
I’m done with Domino’s. They don’t value their customers, and it shows in every aspect of their service. If you want a smooth and hassle-free experience, look elsewhere. Don’t waste your time or money here. They’ve lost a loyal customer
