I had the pleasure of dining at The Hut, pan Indian cuisine , and it was an absolutely unforgettable experience. From the moment we walked in, the warm, inviting atmosphere set the perfect tone for the evening. The decor beautifully blends traditional Indian elements with modern touches, creating an ambiance that’s both elegant and comfortable.
Now, let's talk about the food – it was nothing short of spectacular. Every dish was bursting with flavor, and you could tell the ingredients were fresh and carefully selected. The Venad Palkonch was creamy, rich, and perfectly spiced, while the Chicken Vindaloo had a depth of flavor that transported me straight to the heart of India. The Haryali Chicken tikka was a highlight – smoky, tender, and absolutely delicious. The toddy (Indian Kallu) was refreshing and flavorful blend, with just the right balance of sweetness, spice, and a subtle hint of citrus, making it the perfect drink to complement the meal. Absolutely delicious, just like the ones from Indian Kallu Shaapu.
For dessert, the gulab jamun was the perfect sweet finish: warm, melt-in-your-mouth indulgence. The cheesecake was flawless—creamy, rich, and indulgent, with a perfectly crisp crust and just the right amount of sweetness. Pairing everything with their perfectly brewed masala chai was the cherry on top.
As for the service, it was impeccable. Our waiter was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive without being overbearing. He offered great recommendations and ensured we had everything we needed throughout the meal. The staff made us feel genuinely welcomed, adding to the overall sense of hospitality that defines Indian dining.

Read moreUpdate - this place never fails to impress with their food quality. We ordered Squid varuval, Chicken koliwada, Cauliflower 65 for the starters and were quite appetising, tasty, served hot. Cheese kulcha with Lamb pepper fry or Butter chicken made a great combo. Recommend this totally.
Finished with Prawn biryani and Lamb biryani - flavours from the spice were beautifully absorbed.
Must try - Mango Lassi is refreshing on a warm day.
An oasis of mouth watering authentic pan indian cuisine, i call this place from now on. We were dining out at this place on a very late Friday evening, and were lucky to get a table at the eleventh hour. So my advice would be - Book before you go. Great value for money when its a buffet - most delicious was the Chicken soup and fruit salad. Although there were many other choices for vegan too. Kids food - i think it depends and am certain they will bring on more variety at some point. Very thoughful gestures from all staff and were quick in refilling the food trays as you can imagine it was getting busier. Well presented food hygiene standards are certainly great. Wasn't able to keep the fork aside to capture images as i really enjoyed what i had in my plate. As a local guide will keep you all posted and next time more pics from here. Will defo come back. Hope the Hut keeps up to their stellar reputation. Thank you to all at The Hut. Revisited for the 5th time few weeks ago to try the A La Carte - was worth the visit. Loved the complimentary popadam to snack whilst we waited for the main course. Food was served in elegant dishes and piping hot. Tandoori prawns, Thalassery biryani, Cauliflower chilli 65 was of grear taste. Must try - Lamb Pepper Masala and...
Read moreI had a fantastic dining experience at The Hut, which serves pan Indian cuisine, and I highly suggest it! The mood was welcoming and pleasant, with lovely decor that seamlessly combined traditional Indian workmanship with modern design. The gentle lighting and ambient music produced a welcoming yet energetic atmosphere, making it great for both intimate dinners and large groups. The dish was very delicious, bursting with real flavors and well calibrated spices. We began with the Chicken 65, which was crunchy on the outside and wonderfully cooked. The chicken tikka masala was a standout in the main course, with a thick, creamy, and wonderfully spiced sauce and delicate, juicy chicken. Another standout dish was the poth liver perattu, which had an incredible depth of flavor and was quite soothing. The garlic naan was freshly cooked and deliciously soft, with just the proper amount of flavor to complement the other meals. The rasgulla dessert was a lovely surprise - delicate, sweet, and light, it was the ideal way to finish the dinner. The cheesecake was simply divine—velvety smooth, well balanced in sweetness, and with a buttery, crumbly crust that made each piece enticing. The service was excellent from beginning to end. Our waiter was attentive, polite, and obviously enthusiastic about the meal. He took the time to explain the food, provided fantastic choices, and made sure we had all we required. It was evident that the staff takes great pride in creating an unforgettable dining experience. This restaurant absolutely delivers on all fronts: delicious food, a welcoming setting, and exceptional service. If you're searching for a true Indian eating experience, this is it! I am...
