These are some of the best curries you’ll have in the UK - much less Eastbourne. The walls are painted a warm yellow, matching the prayer flags hung above the bar. One gets the sense right away that this restaurant is the labour of love of someone working hard to recreate their home.

The menu was incredible. The standard dishes are here, yes, don’t worry. But there are so many rare dishes to explore too. We settled in and read each page line by line-fully content to spend the rest of the evening eating as many things as we could.
