Dolma Nepalese restaurant is a delightful place to experience the flavors of Nepal and India. The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere, with friendly and attentive staff who provide excellent service. The food at Dolma Nepalese restaurant is simply amazing. The restaurant has a wide range of Nepalese and Indian dishes on the menu, and I must say that I was impressed with the quality of the food. The chicken dishes, in particular, are definitely worth trying. The chicken is cooked to perfection and the spices used to flavor the dishes are just right, not too overwhelming but flavorful enough to make your taste buds tingle. The noodles are also quite delicious and come in various styles, such as chow mein or thukpa, with different meat or vegetable options. Of course, one can't mention Dolma Nepalese restaurant without talking about their famous momos. These steamed dumplings are filled with either meat or vegetables and are absolutely delicious. They come with a spicy sauce that complements their flavors perfectly. I highly recommend trying these out if you are a fan of momos or just looking for something unique to try. Overall, Dolma Nepalese restaurant is a great place to dine. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. If you are in the mood for some authentic Nepalese and Indian food, especially chicken dishes, noodles, and momos, then Dolma Nepalese restaurant is definitely worth a visit.

This restaurant deserves all the possible review stars. Don’t let the decoration or interior fool you … the food is great and made with care and love. Everything was freshly made and very tasty. Dolma and Deepak are really kind people who advise their customers and they know what they talk about. This was a really nice and human experience unlike loads of other restaurants where servers are only looking at their mobile phone and in the meanwhile they do a bit of their job. The owners want you to have a good evening and they can be proud of their food. We had the curry with paneer which was really delicious. The momo’s were very nice and the aubergine fritters were really good. If I would live in Eastbourne I would know where my favourite restaurant would be!!! PS My nine year old agrees with me.

This resturant is a hidden gem! If you are looking for fresh, incredible curry then look no further. You wait a little longer for the food which is absolutely fine for me because you know it is being freshly made to order for you and believe me the wait is well worth it because its one of the best curries I have ever had. The customer service is fantastic, friendly knowledgeable staff make you feel warm and welcome. The only reason I deducted a star was because of the price of the drinks which were a little steep at over £9 for a double gin and tonic. Best food in Eastbourne.

These are some of the best curries you’ll have in the UK - much less Eastbourne. The walls are painted a warm yellow, matching the prayer flags hung above the bar. One gets the sense right away that this restaurant is the labour of love of someone working hard to recreate their home.

The menu was incredible. The standard dishes are here, yes, don’t worry. But there are so many rare dishes to explore too. We settled in and read each page line by line-fully content to spend the rest of the evening eating as many things as we could.

The first thing to arrive were our small plates for the starters. I touched them and realized they were warm! That attention to detail was typical. We started with mushroom and onion pakoras and peshwari naan, to tithe us over while we continued reading the menu. Decisions, decisions.

The mains were delicious. We’ve all ordered kormas and been disappointed by how sweet they were. Dolma’s chicken malaidar is everything we were dreaming of: a creamy tomato sauce that is the perfect balance of sweet and sour. And the chicken literally melted in my mouth. Literally. Did you know that was possible? I didn’t. It is.

I heard the dhansak curry was also delicious - but what can I say… I only had a bite as I wasn’t exactly racing to share my malaidar.

As the proprietor told me: You must go to Nepal. But since-on balance of probability-you’re in...

I recently visited Dolma Kitchen with a group of 16 people for my brother's birthday celebration. The owner, Bipal, offered us a set price buffet-style menu consisting of authentic Nepali food. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with traditional decor and a friendly owner who made us feel welcome. The menu was diverse, offering a range of flavors from different currys to nepali street food such as chowmein . The portions were generous and the presentation was beautiful, making for a feast for both the eyes and taste buds.

Bipal was impressive in their focus on using fresh ingredients and traditional cooking techniques, which truly shone through in the taste of the food. Bipal was knowledgeable about the dishes and made great recommendations based on our preferences. The momos were a particular highlight, with their Nepalese-style dumplings filled with either chicken or vegetables and served with a tangy dipping sauce.

Dining at Dolma Kitchen with a large group was an exceptional experience thanks to Bipal's hospitality. Bipal was accommodating and ensured that everyone had a fantastic time. Whether you're a fan of spicy food or prefer milder dishes, there is something for everyone on the menu. If you're looking for a taste of authentic Nepalese cuisine, this is the...
