I absolutely love this place, food comes over from Comida and is always pretty quick, and absolutely yummy! A very good bar selection with plenty of spirits, liqueurs, wines, lagers and even 1/2 cask options that are changed around regularly. Coffee is good and ground and made on a proper machine to order by a member of the friendly team. Cocktails were delicious, and the cocktail menu was great, I’ve often seen cocktail specials on, or had custom drinks recommended!! Practically all of the food can be done veggie or vegan, as one member in our party was vegan and commented on the great selection available! 100%...

Whilst enroute to see Calan at the nearby Brewery Arts Centre, my wife and I called in at 98 for a quick pint. So pleased that we did!! The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and the local Lakes Brew Co pale ale was superb. The bar had a really good atmosphere and appeared to cater for a wide range of customers and tastes. The taps looked delicious. The bar has an old fashioned cast iron range fire and oven at one end. It would be great if the bar owner could set a real fire in the grate which I think would look cosy. I really enjoyed my brief visit....

What a find! This place is brilliant. I had a fantastic Guinness. Really cold and smooth. So well poured. Wanted a table at Comeda but they were full. “The pub next door does our food” so we went there. As we walked past Comeda looked hot, busy and noisy while this place had a quality British pub/bistro charm to it and so cool in the warm weather. It couldn’t have been better. The food is AMAZING!
